In-person Grace Period Voter Registration

Mar. 23 Apr. 4: Register at any of the 51 early voting sites listed below.
Grace Period registration requires two forms of identification, at least one of which shows your current address.
Election Day Registration will not be offered at this election.
Sat., Apr. 4 is the last day to register or update your registration address in order to vote in the upcoming election.

Voters don't need an excuse, but voters do need to present government-issued photo ID during Early Voting.
Chicago voters may use any Early Voting site listed below, regardless of where the voter lives.

All Chicago voters may cast a ballots to elect the Mayor of the City of Chicago
Voters in the following Wards may cast a ballot to elect an Alderman in each of the following:
2nd, 7th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 24th, 29th, 31st, 36th, 37th, 41st, 43rd, 45th and 46th Wards.
You do not need to go to your home Ward during early voting.
