Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant posts
where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-07)

Bachelor of Science.
Hold a Valid Pakistani ATPL with a current type rating on one of the commercial and / or
military / transport aircraft types registered in Pakistan.
Minimum experience of 5000 hours with Pilot in-Command rating on Commercial /
Military / transport aircraft.
Should have held previous appointments either in operational managements, as an
airline pilot and designated examiner, or training instructor, or as a military pilot where
equivalent experience in air operations would have been acquired.

Application Procedure:
(a)
Interested candidates applying for the posts at S. No.1 & 2 will be required to send their applications on
CAAs Bio-Data Form available at www.caapakistan.com.pk alongwith CV, 02 recent Passport Size
Coloured Photographs, attested photocopies of CNIC, Domicile, all Educational documents i.e. Degrees
/ Certificates, Transcript / Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC), and Experience Certificate(s).

Interested candidates applying for the posts from S.No. 3 to S.No. 6 will be required to fill Online Job
Application Form available at www.caapakistan.com.pk and also send the print-out of application
alongwith CV, 02 recent Passport Size Coloured Photographs, attested photocopies of CNIC, Domicile,
all Educational documents i.e. Degrees / Certificates, Transcript / Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC),

The applications duly completed in all respects as mentioned above should be forwarded latest

The applicants shall deposit Non-Refundable amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in
favour of HQ CAA, Karachi through Online Transfer Facility in Account # 0010011740150017,
Account title CAA Collection Account, Branch Code 0418, Allied Bank Limited, Star Gate
Branch, Karachi.

Applicants would be required to attach the original Bank Deposit Receipt with the application
otherwise their application will not be entertained.
(f)
All the interested candidates must read the Terms of Reference (TOR) mentioned in this
advertisement before applying for the post.
Terms of Reference
i)
Age Relaxation will be allowed as per Federal Govt Rules (please visit

ii)
Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete applications shall
not be considered.
iii) Applicants holding equivalent qualifications must produce Equivalence Certificate issued
from HEC in respect of the particular qualification.
iv) Test / Interview will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta for
which separate notices will be issued (depending on the number of candidates).
v)
No TA / DA is admissible for test / interview.
vi) Appointment will be subject to CAAs medical fitness standards.
vii) Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan.
viii) Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations including CAA
employees should send their applications through proper channel. NOC from current
employer is mandatory before test / interview.
ix) Application received after due date will not be considered / entertained.
x)
Selected candidates for the post of Assistant Air Traffic Control Officer shall undergo basic
training at Civil Aviation Training Institute, Hyderabad and during training they will get fixed
stipend. Their appointment will be subject to successful completion of training. They shall also
be required to execute a standard Surety Bond for a sum of Rs.2,500,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Five Hundred Thousand Only) at the time of joining in CAA.
xi) Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a
definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate
is otherwise qualified.
xii) In case, any educational documents found fake / bogus at any stage, the services of selected
candidate will be terminated immediately and he / she will be blacklisted in future.
