menghadapinya,terus ditanya pernah gak ada konflik sesama tim
atau grup,terus gimana naggulangin nya,terus apa penghargaan
yg pernah kamu terimaaa,selebihnya lupa ane gannn tapi so far
so good,ni orang yg interview ane asik gann,kita di ajak becanda
juga,,hahahahahaha,terus dia bilang kalo ane lulus utk tahap
ini,syukur dahh akhirnya,terus ane diarahin utk ikut global test
english online gan,,semacam toeic atau toefl gitu lah
pokonya,disitu semua ditest,dari grammar,listening,dan speaking
tentu nyaa,,disini persiapin aja headset yg bagus,terus ane dapat
hasilnya besok ,Alhamdulillah ane lulus gan ,,dan setalah 3 bulan
nunggu akhirnya ane dipanggil utk ikut BHE experience besok tgl
5 juni 2014 ,di hotel grand kemang,ane di email sama lee martin
orang singapura keliatannya,akomodasi dan kamar hotel bagi yg
tinggal diluar jakarta bakal di book sama perusahaan gan,doain
ya gan ane sukses di BHE nya,ane bakal share lebih detailnya
lagi tentang BHE nya.soalnya minim banget info tentang BHE
nya..tapi sih denger2 akan ada presentasi test,FGD dan interview
user nya...semoga bagi agan2 yg udah lulus BHE bole share
kesini
Ane daftar field specialist gaann..proses utk phone interview nya
gak lama ane gan..cuma satu hari..tpi nunggu BHE nya yg hmpir
3 bulannn,,sabar aja gann..klo masih evaluation in progress

santai ajaaa..settttt..trnyata org texas..tpi enak gannn sama dia

kalo testnya katanya jangan dibocorin, tipsnya belajar aja cara
presentasi, cara mendekatkan diri, perhatiin presentasi orang
baker hughesnya

Dalam 1-2 minggu medical checkup sama background check, btw


background check itu bukannya cuma satu hari aja beres? Ksh
ijazah, pengalaman kerja, dll kan, kebetulan saya udah kasih
notice ke perusahaan saya yg sekarang, saya kemarin ad proses
indocement dan pln jg, dan 2 2 nya dapet gan
1 juli itu baru ke dubai training 3 bulanan, habis itu bru ke offshore
Basenya harusnya indonesia yah, jd training dan development
program mungkin di macam2 negara, tp stlh 3 tahun kayaknya
base operation countrynya Indonesia
itu trainingnya overseas ya gan? ane udah apply 3 bulan lalu,
udah interview sama global english test juga tapi kemarin ga
dapet panggilan gan, di web nya status masih evaluation in
progress. agan waktu itu global english testnya dapet level
berapa? ane level 5 gan

Gan ada yang dapet email HireVue buat digital interview?


Deadline jadinya tanggal 2 ato 5 ya? Agak urgent nih
Gw jg dapet nih, awalnya di email deadline tgl 2 kan ya? Trus
dapet email lg deadline tgl 5 bukan? Sampe sekarang belom tp,
belom siap soalnya gan haha

iya emailnya pertama tanggal dua. terus dapat reminder jadi


tanggal lima. pas ane mau coba interview setup, di sebelah kiri
bawahnya ada tulisan kalo batas interviewnya tanggal sembilan.
akhirnya ga jadi interview dulu deh..
kalo hipotesis sementara ane sih, dua email yang didapet itu
ngasih deadline untuk ngasitau baker kalo si calon ga bisa digital
interview. tapi yang tanggal sembilan itu deadline interviewnya.
dari batas akhir pemberitahuan ama baker dengan batas akhir
interview harusnya emang ada jeda sih menurut ane
tapi ga tau juga, makanya pingin nanya yang udah sempet klik
link di email dan mau setup interview. ngeliat hal yang sama apa
beda nih

Menurut ane menantang sih interviewnya. Ternyata interview


digital ada enak gaenaknya, enaknya gak begitu terintimidasi
karena gak natap mata orang langsung gan karena liatnya
kamera, gaenaknya ada batas waktu dan pertanyaannya td
banyak banget, kayak beranak gitu. Ada 9 pertanyaan tadi, 2
pertanyaan terakhir semacam bonus kayaknya.
Rada bingung sih dari interview ini bakal diliat apa, tapi abis
ngerjain td nothing too lose banget haha

perusahaan ini. Tapi denger2 dari temen ane yg OJT di beker
katanya sistem penerimaan karyawan beker ga pake kuota ya?
jadi kalo memang bagus semua dan memenuhi persyaratan &
standar beker ya bakal di ambil smua

jadi klo masi syok dg pertanyaan terakhir bisa istirahat bentar

Yap, list pertanyaan digital interview BHI yg di Glassdoor itu udah


ncakup hampir semua pertanyaannya kok gan, ane lupa
persisnya. Cukup buat bekal interview, yang penting siapin
momen2 pengalaman teknis yg bisa diceritain. Good luck gan.

Saya juga seorang kandidat yang alhamdulilah lolos tahap 2
dan Eligible but not guaranteed.
Berikut info yang saya dapatkan dari sumber yang terpercaya -->
beliau adalah field engineer trainee yang ikutan program ini di
tahun 2014 dan sedang training di Dubai.
Menurut beliau, jika Anda sudah sampai tahap eligible but not
guaranteed to attend BHE, artinya Anda telah lolos kualifikasi
awal. Berdasarkan pengalaman beliau, BHE adalah semacam
recruitment day mereka dan dari sekian banyak kandidat yang
lolos katanya kuantitasnya hanya up to 20 kandidat dan akan
diamati oleh sekitar 10 manager. Dari sini ane mengambil
kesimpulan --> waduh kans nya kecil dong, semacam lotere ini.

Kemaren ditelpon (final offer direvisi lagi, onboard date jadi
juli/agustus, posisi completion engineer)
Sampe ngga kuat ati gan, sedih banget. Masa apply bulan mei
2014, baru mulai kerja bulan juli 2015.
Harus cari pengganti sementara dulu nih buat sampe juli.
Agan juga gitu gan, mending kerja dulu di tempat lain sambil
nunggu bulan juli kalo masih tetep pengen di baker. Sayang
waktu.

There was several leadership questions and technical
problem you had solve.
The interview duration was 20 minutes, 9 questions, 3 minutes for
each and 30 sec to practice before recording..

about examples of technical situations faced by me and how i
resolved it and what problems I faced and what the outcome was
