Today, Uniaire Corporation Co., Ltd. celebrates the 40th anniversary of its establishment. I deeply appreciate the cooperation and effort put in by every member of our management and staff in carrying out their
work and duties to the full.
Uni-Aire is a leading Thai-owned producer of air conditioners which first launched its business in 1972.
Uniaire has remained fully committed to continuously improving the quality of its products and in this, our
40th year of operations, we are strong, confident and well-prepared to continue to move forward. This year, all
of us at Uni-Aire are making every effort to implement plans to produce and supply a range of new products
for both domestic and export markets.
On this occasion, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all of our many customers as well as all

15 November 1972 UniAire, the Thai AirConditioner
Manufacturing Company was established. The company started by
producing various parts for air- conditioners, such as condenser coils,
evaporator coils and watercooling condensers, as substitutes for
imported products being supplied to air-conditioner manufacturers in Thailand.

Uni-Aire consolidated its business by selling air conditioners

with capacities from 1-ton to 40-tons for the domestic
market. These first-class air-conditioning products
quickly became very popular with consumers.
Uni-Aire succeeed in producing large-scale water-cooling
systems with a capacity of more than 100-tons for
industrial factories.
Uni-Aire became known in the world market in
more than 70 countries worldwide, including Australia,
Morocco, South Africa, U.S.A., Switzerland,
Italy, etc.
Uni-Aire produced water-cooled chillers for 300-ton
air-conditioners for hotels in China.
Factory relocated from Sathupradit Road to Bang-Plee,
Samutprakarn province and expanded its manufacturing
base to 5,000 sq. m.
The size of the factory was doubled to support local
businesses and exports, which were expanding quickly.
Received the PRIME MINISTERS EXPORT AWARD 1996
from the Prime Minister. This award emphasized Uni-Aires
capacity and the spirit of Uni-Aire as a company.
Produced a 500-ton air-cooled chiller system for Manila
International Airport in the Philippines. Uni-Aire
also invested in research and development by building a
Calorimeter Test Room
Received ISO 9002 quality standard certification.
Emphasized the development of environmentallyfriendly products.
Exported large water-cooled chiller systems to the
Middle East region.
Received ISO14001 quality standard certification.
Received TIS 18001 and OHSAS 18001 quality standard
certifications. Also supplied large dehumidifier part
(Heat Pipe) for new Government Center Complex on
Chaeng Wattana Road.

Production & Quality Assurance

Production stays abreast of technological development in order to achieve,
maintain and improve the quality and
standards of products and designs. The
Production Department has a wide variety
of responsibilities, ranging from producing
parts, components and coil boards to the
processes of cutting, folding and body
spraying.
Quality Assurance implements systems
to ensure dependability and performance
in the manufacturing process at each stage
of production. Pre-production involves
the inspection of raw materials and loose
components, while major components
undergo a variety of tests and inspections
during production. Post-production
quality controls are also implemented
before any products are delivered to
customers - as complete customer satisfaction is our constant goal.
