APPARELS SOFTWARE SCORECARD

for Your
Apparel Business
ith this inaugural special report,
Apparel delivers rankings of key
software vendors that are active
in the apparel market. Apparels Software
Scorecard is not just one but 20 different
rankings of software vendors, according to
criteria that we hope you will find meaningful to your apparel business.
In forging the model for this special report,
Apparel emulated the methodology used by
Retail Info Systems (RIS) News in the production of its popular annual supplement,
theRIS Software Leaderboard.Both Apparel
and RIS, which are part of Edgell CommunicationsTechnology Group, base their research
on a model used by JD Powers & Associates and other leading research firms that
count customer satisfaction as the most important criteria.

The methodology
The main Apparels Software Scorecard
ranking you see on the facing page and the
subsequent rankings that make up the balance of this report are based on an accumulation of data from two sources:
1. Software Customer Satisfaction Survey
This survey, conducted online from Feb. 10
to March 10, queried apparel IT decisionmakers about their satisfaction with software
vendors about which they have an informed
opinion. To qualify to be ranked on Apparels
Software Scorecard, a software vendor had
to be ranked by a minimum of five customers
from five different apparel businesses. The
survey asked 12 questions pertaining to
satisfaction with: 1) overall performance, 2)
understanding of apparel-specific business

issues, 3) ROI, 4) strategic value, 5) ease of

upgrading, 6) ease of installation, 7) ease of
integration, 8) ease of administration/maintenance, 9) quality of support, 10) quality of
service, 11) user friendliness and 12) longrange vision. Survey respondents ranked vendors on a scale of five (forvery satisfied) to
one (for very dissatisfied).Vendors had an
opportunity to receive a 60-point maximum score in this portion of our project.
2. Software Vendor Survey This survey
queried apparel software solutions providers
about the breadth of their offerings and the
size of their companies.Vendors received one
point for each type of apparel software functionality they offer for a 35-point maximum
possible score.Vendors also received points
for the size of their revenue (five-point maximum). In total, vendors could earn a maximum of 40 points in this portion of the project.
A vendors positioning on the main ranking of Apparels Software Scorecard was based
on the sum of its Software Vendor Survey
points and the average total points it received
from Software Customer Satisfaction Surveyrespondents.

Validation of results
Apparel controlled the list of those invited
to take the survey to ensure that all invitees were persons employed with apparel
companies (i.e., brands, retailers or manufacturers) and not software vendors. Survey
respondents included a mix of Apparel subscribers and software vendorscustomer references. Litchfield Research, an independent
third-party research firm, hosted the online
customer satisfaction survey and collected

the results. Apparel confirmed the identity

of each respondent to ensure that he or she
was employed with an apparel or soft goods
business, and to confirm there were no
duplicate responses.
Apparel questioned any extremely low
scores (i.e., across-the-board ratings of
very dissatisfiedor somewhat dissatisfied) by e-mailing respondents a list of
validation questions. If the respondent did
not answer the questions to demonstrate
that he or she knew a vendor and had
worked with that vendor since 2004, the
poor rating was purged from the final results.
No results were purged without a query of
their validity.
To confirm points for software functionality, Apparel cross-referenced allSoftware Vendor Surveyresponses with product
information and solution descriptions on
each vendors web site.

Vital statistics
Seventy-two software vendors put their
names into the hat to take part in the project, completing theVendor Survey Form
and providing more than 1,000 customer
references that we invited to take the survey, along with the Apparel subscribers
we invited.
Approximately 310 individuals took the
survey, providing approximately 510 different ratings of software vendors with
which they were familiar.
The 38 software vendors you will see
featured in this report made the final cut.
If you do not see one of your key vendors in our report, it does not necessarily mean that the firm performed poorly
in the survey. For instance, some vendors
chose not to participate because they
were deeply involved in merger-andacquisition activity. Others are relatively

new to the apparel space, and still building their customer bases.Yet others may
have received stellar ratings from their
customers, but not quite met the fivecustomer response threshold necessary
to be included in this report.
In conclusion, Apparel hopes this report
will be a useful resource to help raise your
awareness of software vendors that are
serving the apparel marketplace. We welcome your feedback on the usefulness
of this report and any suggestions you
have for how we can improve our methodology or the delivery of this research in
the future.

Note: Maximum score = 60. This is because a maximum of five points

were possible for 12 customer satisfaction questions. If a survey
respondent did not answer a question, or selected the Dont Know
option, the software vendor did not receive any points for that question. Some vendors scores were negatively impacted by an absence
of a reply or a response of Dont Know for this ranking and the
main Scorecard ranking on p. 15. These are the only rankings in this
report that took into account total points accumulated from the 12
customer satisfaction questions. In all other rankings, replies of
Dont Know or an absence of a response were not counted in vendors average customer ratings.

Results Analysis
These results reflect the best scores in response to 12 survey
questions that queried respondents for their opinion on
everything from ROI to apparel industry know-how. Breakout
customer satisfaction rankings on the following pages will
drill down into these results further to highlight key levels of
satisfaction in specific areas.
We gave respondents the opportunity to volunteer
comments or observations about their software vendors in an
optional, open-ended question at the end of the survey. We
will share each and every one of these respondents positive
comments with you in the analyses that accompany this and
the next 13 customer satisfaction-focused rankings.
These observations straight from those experienced in
working with the vendors shed some light on why the
firms you see featured on this page are where they are in this
ranking.
One survey respondent said of ComputerCare: They are
always very friendly and go the extra mile. And another
ComputerCare customer volunteered: I have worked with
ComputerCare for over 10 years and have always found them
to take care of all our needs with the highest level of
professionalism, experience and capability.
A TradeCard client shared this experience: Our company
applies [the technology] satisfactorily with tremendous cost
savings on transaction charges as compared with banking
transactions. We have had a great experience using TradeCard
for global procurement and payment. It has made our internal
processes much more efficient and effective, and we have
saved significant amounts of money through not incurring
letter-of-credit charges. It is highly user-friendly and easy to
maintain.
About Pointcarr, one respondent said: Ive only had the
Pointcarr software for three months, and they are already
implementing a few of my suggestions into the next upgrade.
The program (and company) is completely focused on making
textile design easier and faster, with an improved, very
professional output. If you call or e-mail with a question, they
respond within the hour. If they dont have an answer, they
research until they find one. Im thrilled with the program and
the support my company receives from Pointcarr.
And as this New Generation Computing (NGC) client
summed up his experience: I have used New Generations
AMAS and/or RedHorse software for over 12 years at three
different companies and have been completely satisfied.

Results Analysis
Overall performance. Its not something to be traced to one
specific factor or another but rather an overarching sense of
satisfaction with a software vendor relationship. This customer
satisfaction ranking highlights vendors who received the
highest average ratings from their clients in response to the
following query:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate your satisfaction

with this vendors overall performance? (This is meant to
gauge satisfaction based on a broad mix of factors that
produces a balanced, overall impression.)
The Rating Scale:
5 = Very Satisfied
4 = Satisfied
3 = Minimum Satisfaction
2 = Somewhat Dissatisfied
1 = Very Dissatisfied
As you can see, the software vendors that ranked highest in
this area received scores well above average.
What does it take to give customers such a great overall
impression?
In the voice of one survey respondent, describing his
experience with No. 8 on this list: GCS Software promised a
lot and actually delivered more than originally promised, all
within the agreed-upon timeframe and price. There were no
hidden or additional costs, which is rare in this industry.
Further, their ongoing support, development staff that actually
cares and cooperation is a dream.
Another respondent said this about a software vendor
ranked No. 13 on this list: Logility has become a business
partner to our organization. The functionality of their products
and the support they provide before/during/after
implementation have been key to the success we have
achieved in utilizing the modules of Logility we have selected.
In addition, the ongoing dialog/input opportunities they
provide are integral to the inclusion of needed enhancements
in future upgrade versions. We regard them as a critical
business partner.

Results Analysis
The fashion industry has many unique sets of challenges, and
software vendors with a track record of experience in the
business can leverage their knowledge over those who havent
paid as many apparel dues.
Survey takers responded with lots of satisfiedand very
satisfiedratings for the vendors you see in this ranking in
answering this survey question:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate this vendors

understanding of apparel-specific business issues and
effectiveness in addressing them with technology?
Beyond the basic entry requirement of offering software that
manages garment size/style/color SKUs, many apparel firms
want software vendors who speak their language and
understand their supply chain opportunities and constraints.
Here is what a few respondents had to say about some of
the vendors who ranked highest in customer satisfaction for
this performance category:
As an apparel manufacturer based in Los Angeles, we
have tried many other software companies in the past with
limited support and experience. Its a breath of fresh air to
finally be able to talk with programmers that actually
understand the apparel industry, said one survey respondent
about No. 6 ranked Yunique Solutions Inc.
Likewise, another respondent complimented No. 7 ranked
New Generation Computings (NGC) industry expertise,
saying: NGC has distinguished itself by a customer-centric
approach in installation, training and support. Their apparelspecific knowledge is exceptional, and their technical skills to
alter their applications for the client are amazing. We rank
NGC not only Very Satisfied but Delighted.
No. 9 ranked Manhattan Associates, which acquired Evant
last year, also earned customer praise for its apparel knowhow. As one respondent put it: Manhattan/Evants
implementation team was outstanding, both in their
knowledge of soft lines business processes (primarily
planning), as well as an understanding of how their system
could solve our complex assortment/item planning issues.

Results Analysis
Return on investment. Its one of the most important factors
if not the most critical consideration that apparel
businesses weigh when they consider an IT investment of
any kind.
This chart shows which vendors came out on top when
survey respondents answered the following query:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate this vendors

delivery of return on investment as it relates to your
ROI expectations?
It is interesting to see the mix of software vendors who ranked
high in this breakout of the results. There are several pointsolution providers vendors that specialize in a fairly narrow
software niche, such as textile design or EDI. This could be
expected because the cost of ownership of these systems is
apt to be less than the financial commitment for more
comprehensive systems.
But the list also includes a number of suppliers of robust
enterprise management software as well as Tier 1
merchandising, planning and analytics IT vendors. This could
suggest that apparel firms are reaping the rewards of largescale IT investments, which in turn might fuel confidence for
future software spending.
This ranking also highlights a diverse array of system
types, suggesting that apparel businesses are finding ways to
track and realize ROI on not only their core ERP investments
but also with regard to their expenditures in newer IT
categories, such as product lifecycle management (PLM).
ComputerCare took the No. 1 spot in this ranking. What is
its secret to providing ROI? One of the firms clients told us:
ComputerCare truly knows the meaning of customer/vendor
partnership. They do an excellent job of partnering with their
customers to understand their business and help make
recommendations that are the best solutions for the
customer.

Results Analysis
Strategic value is a software consideration discussed much
more frequently in todays apparel marketplace. This buzz can
be associated with the industrys drive to find competitive
advantages in relatively new realms.
Whereas price, quality and customer service were once the
primary 3Rsthat apparel firms sought to master, now they
must successfully execute these basicswhile proving
themselves in newer focus areas, such as speed to market,
compliance and collaboration.
Our survey asked respondents to share their opinion on
the following:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate this vendors

strategic value to your organization? (How critical is this
vendors solution to enabling your core competencies or
goals?)
CommercialWare and eZCom Software tied for the No.1
ranking in this category. CommercialWare has been at the
forefront of the multichannel movement, and this could play
a role in the firms strategic value to its apparel clients.
eZCom specializes in software for EDI, and its solutions
may have played a strategic role in helping its clients comply
with industry-standard communication mandates and to
collaborate more effectively with their retail customers.
One respondent volunteered this observation about No. 9
ranked SAP and No. 16 ranked New Generation Computing
(NGC): We have been very pleased with [them] in terms of
product, support and service. Both products have provided
significant strategic value related to our ability to effectively
compete in the apparel space and beyond. Their products have
helped to elevate our business practices, and the SAP
solution, in particular, with its comprehensive breadth, has
become the operational backbone of the company.

Results Analysis
No one wants to spend a lot of time on technology upgrades,
but everyone wants the benefits of the enhancements. Vendors
who scored highest for customer satisfaction in this category
have mastered the art of seamlessly delivering upgrades to
their clients.
Specifically, we asked survey takers the following:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate the ease of

upgrading? (How well does it meet your expectations)?
A web-based software platform is a common denominator
among all but six of the firms that ranked among the top 20
vendors for ease of upgrading. Firms such as No. 8 ranked 7th
Online have been at the forefront of offering solutions
through Internet-based application service provider (ASP)
models that can make upgrades easier across multiple sites.
Other vendors on this list are Microsoft-certified business
partners or have crafted their system architecture using
building blocks from major IT stalwarts such as IBM and
Oracle. This can equate to strong infrastructure features that
aid in smooth upgrades.

Results Analysis
Ease of installation is a very important variable in many
apparel business IT investment decisions. Unfortunately, there
are some war stories in circulation about apparel software
installations that were far too long and painful.
But for every installation that goes past deadline and over
budget, hopefully there are many more that go smoothly.
Respondents gave high marks to the software vendors
featured in this ranking in response to the following query:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate this vendors ease

of installation? (How well does it meet your
expectations?)
As with other rankings in this special report, there is a broad
mix of solution types represented in this breakout, including
both point-solution specialists and enterprise software
suppliers. Top-ranked TradeCard has a very focused IT offering
geared toward speeding and automating many of the financial
transactions and compliance activities of the apparel supply
chain. Others like No. 10 ranked Apparel Business Systems
tend to work with clients on implementations that touch
everything from payroll to work-in-process tracking to
warehouse management.
At the end of the day, its all about meeting the customers
expectations of how an installation should go, no matter how
narrow or broad the technology. One survey respondent
shared this experience with a vendor tied for the No. 17 slot:
Blue Fox Porini, formerly Paragon, has been great to work
with, from the planning and implementation to the ongoing
support. We went live in October 2003 after only three
months of pre-planning. The system integrity is extremely
logical and above reproach.
An in-process installation of No. 17 ranked PTC was top of
mind for another respondent, who said: There is no doubt
that the potential value of the FlexPLM system is huge. We are
still in the implementation process and have not yet realized
the value to the organization but feel we will.

Results Analysis
Its rare that an apparel business can use one solution for all
of its IT needs. Even if a fashion firm can manage almost all
functions within its four walls with one vendors system,
inevitably there will be a need to integrate data from business
partners on the outside, whether retailers, contractors or raw
materials suppliers.
This means that integration is a very important fact of life.
In our Scorecard survey, we asked respondents to share their
opinion of vendor performance in answering the following:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate the ease of

integration? (How well does it meet your expectations?)
The responses were interesting. At the top of the list is
product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions provider
MatrixOne, which at press time was in the process of being
acquired by France-based PLM giant Dassault. PLM specialist
Yunique Solutions also came out well in this area of customer
satisfaction. This strong showing for these PLM players could
suggest that apparel firms are successfully interfacing product
development data and processes managed by PLM
technology with other critical business systems.
In other highlights, Business Objects, tied for the No. 9
position, is a known trailblazer when it comes to integrating
data from disparate sources into management-friendly
dashboard views that can drive better decision-making.
And the strong vote of confidence for No. 10 Magnal in
this ranking could indicate that garment producers are
optimizing the firms plant-floor control and production
tracking technology by leveraging it in conjunction with
other solutions.

Results Analysis
Youve bought the solution.Youve installed the solution.
Now youve got to maintain it. Systems administration is an
ongoing factor for the life of the software, and can become
more complex as your enterprise expands.
This ranking highlights software vendors that received
high ratings from survey takers in response to the following
query:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate ease of

administration/maintenance? (How well does it meet
your expectations?)
TradeCard took the No. 1 position in this area, which could be
a testament to the simplicity of its application service provider
(ASP) user model. The top ranking is particularly significant
for this vendor, which is known to have a very large install
base in Asia and other parts of the world with limited
telecommunications infrastructures.
To score well in this customer satisfaction area, vendors
likely must have a scalable, flexible solution that can remain
viable through mergers and acquisitions, growth spurts and
changing business models.
As one respondent said of a vendor tied for the No. 14 slot:
Geac [Infor] System 21 Style has made a significant impact
on our growing business and has allowed us to expand our
business successfully.
And this survey taker noted: Apparel Business Systems
LLC is a critical business partner of my company. We have
developed a strong relationship and a solid project
management strategy that has helped us quickly make
accommodations for rapid growth and the complexity of
several acquisitions in the last three years. Their technical
expertise is as good as any large software shop while giving us
the one-on-one attention of a small software company.

Results Analysis
The quality of support provided by a vendor can mean the
difference between resolving a problem today or next week,
and in the fashion business, a bad week can make or break a
season.
Here is what we asked of Scorecard survey respondents to
gauge their satisfaction with their software vendors in this
important area:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate the quality of

support? (How well does it meet your expectations?)
Apparel companies want and need to know that when their
employees from systems administrators on down to
everyday users call the software vendor for help, someone
knowledgeable, effective and empowered to provide support
is on the other line.
The speed of support is particularly valuable. In some
scenarios, its critical that support staff be accessible
nationwide or globally to arrive on site quickly to resolve
critical issues.
This respondent shared how much his firm relies on the
support of No. 12 ranked Celerant: It has been a pleasure to
work with such knowledgeable professionals in a field
[software] of which I know nothing. Most important are the
employees of the company. They are most helpful
immediately. And if they need to research a question I have,
they get back to me right away. What a great group of
people!

Results Analysis
When it comes to quality of service, apparel businesses
want responsiveness from their software suppliers. They also
appreciate and value a high degree of personal attention.
To gauge survey respondents level of satisfaction with
the service they are receiving from their vendors, we asked
them this:

THE QUESTION: How would you rate the quality of

service? (How well does it meet your expectations?)
Those who scored highest in this category also tended to
perform well in our Overall Performancecategory. In fact, as
you can see from many of the survey respondents comments
shared in this report so far, most of their observations about
why they value certain vendors ultimately allude to service.
EDI specialist eZCom Software Inc., tied for No. 1 for
service, was among vendors that received the most openended comments from respondents about customer service.
As one eZCom client volunteered: It is a pleasure to work
with eZCom. They are open to your ideas and comments.
They are a proactive group, and in this world of business
today, that is a major positive. Many just spin their wheels, but
this group is willing to take the extra effort in aiding their
customers.
And another told us: eZCom has GREAT customer service
and support! They make my job easier.

You know the conventional wisdom when it comes to
technology user friendliness: You can buy the most advanced
software package in the world, but if people dont like to use it
and you cannot convince them of the merits of doing so
you might as well chalk up the investment as a wasted
expense. Or at the very least, your organization may have to
resign itself to only partially reaping the potential rewards of
the software.
With their high ratings for the user friendliness of the
software vendors you see in this ranking, survey respondents
suggest their solutions wont leave end users with a bad taste.
Here is what we asked:

THE QUESTION: How do you rate the user friendliness

of the system? (How did ease of training and user
acceptance meet your expectations? How intuitive is
the program?)
Describing No. 5 ranked Pointcarr, one respondent said: Ive
been working on different software for the last 10 years. Ive
been a CAD artist and a CAD design director. I feel that
Pointcarr USA has the best software out there today. Its easy
to use and understand. If you know [Adobe] PhotoShop and
Illustrator, you will love Pointcarr USA. I have a CAD team,
and teaching them Pointcarr has been a two-day training
exercise. For other software, it sometimes has taken up to two
weeks to really understand their different functions.
Ensemble Business Software tries to make their software
as user friendly as possible, said one respondent of this No.
11 ranked vendor.
Another respondent said this about the software of No. 14
ranked eWarna: Its easy to learn. Our merchandising team
started using the application within 24 hours after training.
Life is much better. Web-based is the way!

Fashion firms by the essence of their very being often
must focus on short-term wins. How else can a company stay
fresh with the latest styles, colors and consumer fancy du
jour?
Unfortunately, this necessity to deal with day-to-day fire
drills doesnt relieve apparel enterprises of the need for
software solutions that provide world-class capabilities to
support their business demands for the long haul.
Here is how we gauged survey respondents take on how
software vendors are stepping up to this challenge:

THE QUESTION: How satisfied are you with this vendors

vision for evolving with the apparel marketplace, and the
vendors viability to help your firm attain long-range
goals?
The fact that a PLM solutions provider,Yunique Solutions,
took the No. 1 spot in this ranking could suggest that the
firms approach to the hot PLM category may be right on
target for the future of development in this software realm.
A high No. 2 ranking for overall Scorecard leader AS/AP
Apparel Software might reflect its customers appreciation for
its development of tools for e-tail, product development and
other relatively new focus areas for firms that have
traditionally been apparel manufacturers.
Other vendors at the top of this list are known for
innovative technology delivery models. As one respondent
said of the No. 7 ranked vendor: TukaTechs CAD rental
initiative is a very forward-looking initiative that enables
smaller companies to computerize and take on a more global
approach to their work without the big capital outlay. The big
CAD suppliers should take note.

Software Scorecard report, and do not include ratings

Results Analysis
This ranking is the only one in our Scorecard report that does
not tie directly to a question we asked either of the
participating software vendors or their customers. It simply
shows which vendors had the highest level of voter turnout.
In other words, these are the software vendors who received
the highest number of ratings from their clients.
In our analysis, vendors did not get credit, such as extra
points, for the volume of ratings they received. All of the
customer satisfaction rankings you have seen in this report are
derived from averages of their customer scores. Thus, a firm
that received five customer ratings could attain a higher
average score than a vendor that received 10, 20 or 30-plus
client ratings.
So if voter turnout doesnt really countin Apparels
Software Scorecard, why are we sharing this view of the
survey results?
It is Apparels way of tipping our hat to those vendors who
may have the longest histories in the apparel marketplace, or
the largest client bases. We also are acknowledging that it can
be a dramatically different ball game to keep hundreds or
thousands of apparel customers happy than to nurture client
relationships with only a handful.
Here in summary are the remaining open-ended, positive
comments that survey respondents volunteered about firms
on this list as well as other vendors that qualified for inclusion
in the Scorecard report but did not make the Top 20 in other
breakout rankings.
I have worked with many different CAD systems but find
the Gerber software and hardware to be the easiest to work
with and train others to use. I also have found their
software/hardware support people to be some of the most
helpful in the business. Thats one of the biggest reasons Ill
continue to support their product.
Lectra has been an excellent partner in our fabric
operations! The quality of service and support is unmatched.
They are responsive to and anticipate our needs. They keep
us current and aware of industry trends.
Jesta (formerly Richter/Essentus) provided the most robust
solution at the time of our purchase of the technology in 1995
and has continually added functionality. We are very happy.
We saw significant benefits from our implementation of
the i2 suite of planning products (i.e., Demand Planner,
Replenishment Planner, Master Data Manager and
Merchandise Planner) and feel that we are partners with
i2 in terms of influencing future releases of products.

Results Analysis
This ranking provides a high-level view of
the scope of the software functionality
offered by all of the vendors who qualified
for Apparels Software Scorecard ranking.
By crediting firms for the breadth of
their solutions, we are recognizing the
apparel industrys need for greater
connectivity, communication, integration
and visibility from end-to-end in the
global supply chain, from the concept to
the consumer.
No single vendor covers the entire
chain at this time, and for most apparel
businesses, it makes sense to work with
multiple vendors. Each software provider
on this list offers different strengths, value
propositions and core competencies.
One of the most important
considerations to keep in mind when
reviewing this chart is that a lower number
of points for functionality does not mean
that one vendors solution is of poorer
quality than that of another vendor.
As you can see from the charts on the
preceding pages, some of the vendors that
ranked toward the bottom on this list
scored quite high in many areas of
customer satisfaction. Their position on
this list simply reflects their specialization
in a narrow type of solution.
Magnal, for instance, has established
itself in the work-in-process management
category. eZCom Software specializes in
EDI. eWarna focuses on color
management. Demand Solutions
concentrates on demand planning,
Pointcarr hones in on design, and the
list goes on.

Results Analysis
This ranking recognizes software vendors that are involved in
some of the more cutting-edge technology areas that hold big
potential for the apparel industry, such as 3-D visualization
and RFID.
Their addition of dashboard reporting and web-based
platforms to their systems also earned them points for
innovation.
We also credited the firms for involvement in IT and
industry standards organizations, which often is a reflection of
commitment to the business and to paving the way in
establishment of best practices.
One of the most challenging functionality areas to validate
in our research was RFID. Many vendors reported that they
supported RFID, but we only allowed a point for RFID if we
could find some mention of the technology on the vendors
web site.
Here is how we defined the functions and other criteria for
this category in allocating points to vendors.

3-D Simulation: System that provides a 3-D view of styles

during product development, often with manipulation of a
digital human avatar to simulate garment performance in
response to lifelike body movements. May also apply to
consumer virtual try-on,or dressing room, applications.
Supports RFID: System with architectural upgrades to
manage RFID, such as the ability to analyze the high volume of
data generated by RFID programs and recognize identical
apparel SKUs as individual products in the supply chain.
Dashboard Reporting Capability: System that provides
configurable, at-a-glance views of key data, usually in realtime, without the need to perform multiple steps to extract a
report of this data.
Web-based Platform: System that can be accessed and
updated globally via an Internet connection.
Member of Standards Development Group: The software
firm is engaged with an organization, such as VICS, ARTS,
ANSI, ASTM, etc., that develops industry technology standards
and best practices.
