ARCHITECTURAL (AR) CONSULTANCY FIRMS
(i) Common Criteria for All AR Panels
Entities applying for any AR panel must be licensed with the Board of Architects, with the exception of Sole Proprietorships
and Partnerships*.

For firms that do not satisfy this requirement, the firms are to submit a confirmation letter on successful placement for the course.
The relevant Certificate of Accomplishment (Buildable Design) / Certificate of Successful Completion (Green Mark
Manager/Universal Design Assessor) is to be furnished upon successful completion of the course.
The Universal Design Assessor course requirement is applicable to AR01 and AR02 listing w.e.f. 1 Apr 2013
