MOTION FOR RESETTING OF PRE- TRIAL

PLAINTIFF ROWENA A. VDA. DE GILONGOS , through the
undersigned Counsels, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully states as follows:
1. That, this case is scheduled for Pre-trial on December 10, 2014;
2. That, the undersigned Counsels deeply regret that they could not
attend to their courts duty on the date set because they have a simultaneous court
appearance in the Regional Trial Court Branch 66 at Barotac Viejo,Iloilo in a
Criminal Case No. 2005-2936 People of the Philippines vs. Bethel Ogoy and
Regional Trial Court Branch 37, Iloilo City for another Civil Case respectively ;
3. That, the said hearings were already set prior to the receipt of the
Court Notice on November 5,2014 setting this case for Pre-trial on December
10,2014;
4. That, the Counsels for the Plaintiff deeply regret with the conflict
of the above mentioned court appearances with the scheduled hearing of this case
and are respectfully asking the kind permission and understanding of the
Honorable Court for the resetting of the Pre-trial of the instant case;
5. That, the undersigned Counsels filed this motion for the resetting of
the Pre-trial of this case, for the reasons indicated above and is not meant to delay
the proceedings of this case;
6. That, the undersigned Counsels has informed and sought the
permission of the Plaintiff of this case;
7. That, the Counsel for the Plaintiff respectfully requests from this
Honorable Court, that the Pre- trial of this case set on December 10, 2014 be reset
to January 14, 2015 or depending upon the available calendar days of the
Honorable Court;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed before

this Honorable Court to grant the request of the Counsels for the Plaintiff for the
resetting of this case on the date indicated above. Other reliefs and remedies
deemed just and equitable under the foregoing are likewise prayed for.
