In a Tegal Hospital came a woman with a family who is sick in his mouth, direct patient
infusion perfomed by medical personnel. Having diagnosed the patients mouth turn
infection.

The Patient

: Ouch...my mouth is hurt maam.. (holding check)

Mr

: Wait nurse...nurses please hepled my wife !!!

The Nurse

: Please sit in wheelchair, relax maam.

The Children : Do anything for my mother nurse.

The Nurse

: Yes , quiet calm, we will do the best we can.

The Children : Father, what happen Mother? Will she be okay?

Mr

: Yes Tasya, mother would be fine. Tasya pray for mom, oke?

The Children : Yes, dad.

TheDoctor

: Nurse, do infusion 20 drops per minute and prepare for oral surgery.

Nurse

: Yes doc. I will prepare it.

The Nurse came to see the families of patients with a consent document.
The Nurse

: Good morning, the patient need to ger liquid infusion drug because the
mother is dehydrated. Are you willing?

Mr

: I am willing. Do whatever it takes to cure my wife.

The Nurse

: Let me prepare the appliance.

Take a deep breath in and out of the mouth, relax please
Installation of infusion is done

A few hours later, the patient was transferred postoperative hospitalization and was
installed nasogastric incubation (NGT) fullfill the mother liquid foods and drugs
postoperatively.

The Midwife : Yes doc, I will prepare the tools.

The Midwife immediately pepare tools, then led into jasmine ward patients.
The Midwife : Good afternoon, are you Mrs. Monalisa? I will perform the installation of a
feeding tube for postoperative because you could not swallow food, are you
willing?
The Patients

: Yes maam, I am willing.

The Midwife : Let me prepare the tools.

The Patient

Mrs would clean the nose with a tissue itself or can I help ?

: My self please.

The Midwife : Okay miss. (While providing the patient wipes)

Excuse me maam I will attach towel on mothers chest.
The Patient

: Yes maam.

The Midwife : I will measure please.

Take a deep breath in and out of the mouth please, I will insert the hose

in the mothers nose okey?

It will hurt a little.
Please breath through your mouth
I will help to move the pillow
I will attach plester yes maam
I will check first maam
May I open shirt
I will enter the liquid
Thankyou for your cooperation madam. Installation of feeding tube

and a feeding is done, take a rest, get well soon.
