Power Cube:
Power Cube Alarm Configuration:
There are two parts two alarm configuration (1) HPMU (2) CMPU.
HPMU Port Configuration:
Here we can configure only two alarms 1.Genset Fault, 2. Battery Door.
Battery Door is already configured no need to configure while Genset Fault
can be configured on HPMU DO2 as,
Step 1 >Go to>Setting
Step 2 >Go to>Put Password as (0)
Step 3 >Go to>Alarm Setting
Step 4 >Go to>Dry Node
Step 5 >Go to>Adio Backup DO2 (Make DO2 SDG Fail)
So Now DO2 is configured for Genset Fault ALM.
CPMU Port Configuration:
AC OFF, DC LOW, HIGH TEMP, RECTIFIRE FAULT, SMOKE can be configured on
CPMU as,

Step 4 >Go to>Alarm (Configured each Alarm on desired port.

Power Cube Alarm Generation or Checking.

1. AC OFF:
Turn off the AC breaker AC Alarm will be appeared. If check the cable
connection in the battery door upper most corner right side. For
clearing this alarm turn on the AC braker.
2. DC LOW:
This is the most difficult alarm to generate. It can be generated in
many ways but on simple way is given as,
Step 1 >Go to HPMU> Setting
Step 2 >Go to>Put Password as (0)
Step 3 >Go to>Critical Point
Step 4 >Go to>Battery Under Volta:( Make it Maximum or 51.5V)
Step 5 >Go to CPMU>Setting
Step 6 >Go to>Battery Setting
Step 7 >Go to>Charge
Step 8 >Go to>Boost (Make It maximum or 57.5)
Step 9 >Go to>Click on Back Button and Press DC Setting
Step 10 >Go to>Under Volt (Make it Maximum or 51.5)
You will found DC low Alarm. It can remove by putting the original values
back in the HPMU and CPMU.
Reminder: This Alarm can be Generated Only and Only when voltage is
greater than 53.3V and keep the Genset off for generation.

3. RECTIFIRE FAULT:
Take a cable tie and stop the fan in any rectifier module for 2minutes, a
beef sound will produce and alarm will appear. For clearing remove the
cable tie after a minute beef will stop and alarm will be clear.
4. SMOKE ALARM:
Produce the Smoke near to the smoke sensor. Smoke alarm will appear.
For clearing this alarm remove the green connector back to smoke
sensor and then insert back.
5. DOOR ALARM:
Open the Door alarm will appear and closed the door alarm will
disappear.
6. HIGH TEMP:
Step 1>Go to> Setting
Step 2>Go to>Ambient Temp Setting (Make it 25 or less alarm will
appear. To clear it back make the value again the original.

7. Genset Fault:
Stop the Generator and put the AC main braker turn off. It will appear
and do its vice versa to clear this alarm.
8. Genset Running:
Make only this alarm polarity high in the power cube, then start the
Genset alarm will appear and stop alarm will disappear.
9. Tower Light Alarm:
Turn off the tower light power alarm will appear, if not then climb up
the tower and hide the light sensor from light, wait for few minutes
while keeping the Tower Light power off. Alarm will appear and do vice
versa to clear the alarm.
