2 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the hearing of Plaintiff Robert A. Brown’s Motion to Remand,

3 originally notice for hearing on July 12, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 5 before the Honorable

4 Patricia V. Trumbull has been continued pursuant to the Reassignment Order following

5 defendants Google, Inc. and Marissa Mayer’s Declination to Proceed before Magistrate Trumbull.

6 Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand will now be heard on July 15, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter

7 as counsel may be heard by the above-entitled Court, in Courtroom 6 of the above entitled Court,

8 located at 280 South 1st Street in the City of San Jose, the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte presiding.

9 Plaintiff’s Motion is based upon the original Notice, Memorandum of Points and

10 Authorities, Declaration of Gregory M. Sheffer each filed and served on May 27, 2005, the

11 pleadings and papers on file herein, and upon such other matters as may be presented to the Court

12 at the time of the hearing.
