19 On December 22, 2006, the Court issued an order granting multiple motions to dismiss.

20 That order referred to a motion hearing scheduled for January 22, 2007, and ordered it vacated.

21 The order should have referred to the motion hearing scheduled for January 12, 2007. That

22 hearing date is vacated. In order to minimize the prejudice suffered by the parties, the Court will

23 extend the deadline for filing opposition to the motions2 until January 12, 2007. Any reply

24 should be filed by January 19, 2007.
