And when a community among them said: "Why do you preach to a people whom Allâh is about to destroy or to
punish with a severe torment?" (The preachers) said: "In order to be free from guilt before your Lord, and perhaps
they may fear Allâh. So when they forgot the remindings, We rescued those who forbade evil, but We seized those who
did wrong with a severe torment because they used to rebel. (7:164-165)
The preceding ayah were revealed by Allah (SWT) with regard to Bani Israel. They had taken what Allah (SWT) had
revealed and had manipulated his shariah (divine legislation). By catching fish in nets on the Sabbath they were able to
avoid what was prohibited for them and sought to water-down, manipulate and deceive Allah (SWT) and His commands.
The rightly-guided from amongst them tried to warn them but the general population had become so corrupted that Allah
(SWT) eventually punished the people of Bani Israel collectively because of their condition. Eventually Allah (SWT)
turned them into apes and swine and protected those from amongst them that were commanding the good and forbidding
the evil. This is very similar to the case of the ummah of Muhammad (SAWS) in this era in that Muslims today seek to
deceive Allah by manipulating the shariah that has been prescribed for them. They wear the hijab but also tight clothes,
they eat non-halal meat from najis (impure) corporations and call it the food of Ahlhul Kitaab (the People of the Book,
Jews and Christians), they take ribaa (usury) and call it a service charge. The righteous from amongst them call to the true
shariah of Allah (SWT) and point to the calamity the Muslims exist in as a result of their going astray, but to no avail
many Muslims, like the Jews and Christians before them,1 criticize them severely.
While Allah (SWT) has not physically turned the ummah of Muhammad (SAWS) into apes and swine, we do resemble
them in behavior, practice and appearance. Like those given a pearl but content with sticks and stones we constantly
barrage with criticism those calling to Islam as a complete way of life. This is none the more evident than in a reflection of
the condition of Muslims living in the United States. While America bombs innocent Muslims the world over, supports
others that kill our Muslim brothers and sisters, invade our lands, prop up dictators over us, steal our resources, and seek
to sanction and embargo Islam wherever it seeks sovereignty from the kuffar, the majority of our leaders and laypersons
sit silent and worse than that many support the United States in its War against Islam and Muslims with their words,
wealth and deeds. By doing so, they abandon the core tenets of the religion and the conditions of iman that made Islam a
superior system for centuries. It is time the Muslims generally and Muslim-Americans specifically understand the severe
consequences of this condition and seek to alter it.
It is recorded that the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) said that, “Religion is sincerity and sincere advice (nasihah).” We
asked, “To whom?” He said, “To Allah (SWT) to His Book, to His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and their
common folk.”2 We ask that the reader consider the proofs and evidences from the Quran and Sunnah included in what
proceeds; this is sincerity to Allah (SWT) and His Messenger (SAWS). We ask that you consider that the leaders cannot
refute any of the content other than with rational rhetoric, manipulation and lies like the people of Bani Israel. The
common folk must then follow those upon the haqq for the sake of their own selves in the Hereafter and the Muslims in
this world and the next. Allah (SWT) does not change the condition of people until they change the condition of
themselves. It is time we turn our hearts, minds and ears, away from the leaders of our communities who are quite content
with our present condition and seek innumerable excuses for the kuffar yet none for their brothers and sisters branded as
terrorists across the globe. We must put our trust in the Quran and Sunnah and adhere to those that preach the version of
Islam the kuffar do not want to hear; the version that adheres to Allah’s shariah in its totality, that does not water it down,
seek to compromise it, or change a Book and Deen (religion – way of life) that is clear.
The Prophet (SAWS) said, “Among the people who came before you, the children of Israel, if any one of them did wrong,
one of them would denounce him so that he could say that he had done his duty, but the next day he would sit and eat with
him as if he had never seen him do anything wrong the day before. When Allah (SWT) saw this attitude of theirs, he
turned the hearts of some of them against others and cursed them by the tongue of Dawud and ‘Isa ibn Maryam, because
they disobeyed and persisted in excesses [Qur’an 5:78]. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, you must enjoin what is
good and forbid what is evil, and you must stay the hand of the wrongdoer and give him a stern warning to adhere to the
truth, otherwise Allah (SWT) will surely turn the hearts of some of you against others, and curse you as He has cursed
them.”3 In this hadith there is a clear command to enjoin good and forbid evil. This means forbidding even your brothers
from doing what is wrong and encouraging them in what is good. Otherwise, Allah (SWT) will divide the Muslims and
curse those that are passive in their adherence to the truth. Today we do not judge with the Quran and Sunnah but instead

see through a passive lens Western civilization has always mandated for its subjects and servants. We claim, “who are we
to judge?” and we seek not to command good and forbid evil but to remain silent and accepting while our family marches
towards the fire and the kuffar seek to impose traditions foreign to our deen. We denounce the wars and aggression against
us, but are told to remain silent and to sit and eat, to befriend, console, and even elect and support those that are busy
deploying more means to our destruction. If Allah (SWT) punishes when we have an attitude of acceptance in error
towards our brothers and sisters, what about the severe affliction following when we hold it to the enemies of Islam?
A necessity for having Islam is claiming shahada – that is testifying La ilaha ilAllah – there is no God except Allah and
Muhammadan Rasulula – and Muhammad is His Messenger (SAWS). This statement has two part nafi (negation) and
ithbaat (affirmation). Allah (SWT) says, So whoever disbelieves in the taghout (false gods) and believes in Allāh then
he has grasped the firm handhold (2:246). Here Allah (SWT) mandates that before believing in Allah one must reject
taghout (all false idols). Therefore, even if one believes in Allah, they cannot be a believer until they reject all false gods.
The proof from the sunnah is the generality of the hadith, “Whoever says Lā Ilāha Illa Allāh and disbelieves in whatever
is worshipped besides Allāh, his wealth and blood are forbidden.” Here a person is not protected unless they both believe
in Allah and reject taghout. It is recorded in Tafseer Qurtubi and narrated by Qatada that Abdullah ibn Abbas said that “Al
Taghout is anything that is worshipped instead of Allah, whether Ma’boud (worshipped by directing to it ritual acts
instead of Allah), Mattbou’ (by being followed instead of Allah) or Mutaa’ (by being obeyed instead of Allah).” Shaykh
Al-Islam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab reported, “The idols (tawagheet) are many, but their heads are five: 1) Satan,
May Allah Curse him, 2) Whosoever is worshipped and acquiesces to that worship, 3) Whosoever calls people to worship
him, 4) whosoever claims any knowledge of the unseen, and 5) Whosoever judges or rules according to whatever has not
been sent down by Allah.4” These definitions prove that rejecting the taghout is not just disbelieving in other gods from a
mere religious perspective, but that it means following Allah’s system, commands, and rejecting all other ideologies,
‘isms’ and schisms that do not coincide with Islam. As Shaykh Abdul Wahhab states, it is rejecting the one who rules by
other than what Allah (SWT) reveals as well. And so this includes the secular, democratic norms and traditions that do not
agree with Islam. It means to reject a solution for Muslim ills and afflictions that disagrees with Allah’s commands and it
especially means rejecting the false gods and systems that wage war against the religion of Islam. Otherwise there can be
no iman (faith). This is especially relevant due to the fact that since the fall of the Khilafah at the end of World War I, the
Islamic world has been completed absent the political structure mandated by the Prophet (SAWS). Thus life is confined to
deeds, thoughts, and emotions that seek to separate from false deities and, or seek to draw closer to Allah (SWT) through
all the ways he has ordained for us to worship Him.
The world today is dominated by a system and religion at the head of which lies the Shayta’an. This system, known as
secular-democracy, is headed by the United States as the world’s sole superpower. Its tenets oppose all that is Islam and
the worst thing is that this system is not isolated and unaffecting the Muslims, it is at War with Islam as the last opposing
ideology and complete system that opposes its domination over the entire Earth. The United States, in particular,
represents a leader of the false gods (taghout) at War with Muslims today. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to reject
the secular-democratic system, and an important part of establishing Islam is in fighting against it and working to replace
it with a truly Islamic order in order to protect the deen.
Is it not apparent that there is a war against Islam today? All over the world countless billions are spent waging a war
against the version of Islam that is unchanged from its very first revelation, an Islam that claims loudly and proudly that
Allah’s shariah was the solution to the ills and ignorance of 7 th century Arabia and is the solution to the horrendous ills of
21st century globalization. Mainstream media goes to excessive lengths to portray the irrationality of Muslims who are fed
up with sanctions, wars, and rumors of war against their brothers and sisters while think-tanks are set up to concoct a
version of Islam acceptable to its enemies, and tyrants and dictators are propped up by the powerful in order prevent Islam
from playing a role in the political, economic and social spheres. Meanwhile hypocritical Muslims clamor to the
propaganda of the enemies of Islam and dance in tune with the calls of the devil, claiming to represent peace, equality and
justice while committing the most atrocious and irrational crimes against humanity. Indeed we live in a day and age of
complete delusion, and many of the Muslims ally and support America’s War on Islam, especially those living in the West.
The phenomenon of allying with the disbelievers against the Muslims is not new; countless ayaat in the Quran speak of
the phenomena which is due either to ignorance of the religion and its texts or deliberate fear for loss of worldly wealth.
Allah (SWT) says in the Quran,
Those who turn back as apostates after Guidance was clearly shown to them; - the Satan has instigated them
and buoyed them up with false hopes. This, because they said to those who hate what Allah has revealed, "We will
obey you in part of (this) matter"; but Allah knows their (inner) secrets. (47:25-26)
Their crime is that they seek appeasement from the enemies of Allah (SWT) because they fear a punishment from
amongst the provisions and pleasures of the world and doubt Allah (SWT) will send victory to the believers. Therefore
they may pray, fast, give lectures and teach the deen but when it comes to engaging the enemy and putting their allegiance

alongside those that truly defend the religion, they are silent. The leaders in the West almost all fall into this category, they
categorically reject the attacks on 9-11, the efforts of the Taliban and other mujahideen, but rush to pray for forgiveness
for their past statements critical of American power and have no words for the genocide committed against Muslims
today. They have abandoned the mujahedeen and the Muslims in the Islamic world and do so under an argument of
thinking locally. In actuality they emulate this verse in that they obey the kuffar in part of the matter which mandates they
withdrawal support for the defenders of the deen, and so they say there is no jihad today in the world despite knowing the
irrefutable evidences from the saheeh, that the Prophet (SAWS) said, “There will never cease to be a group from my
Ummah fighting upon the truth until the last hour is established.” In the narration of Bukhari: “They will not be harmed
by those that oppose them or abandon them.” In Imam Ahmad’s narration: “They will not be concerned by those that
oppose them or abandon them.” There verdict under the true version Islam is therefore grave indeed. They are liars and
are preventing the general Muslims fro proper understanding.
The truth of the matter is clear. As the Prophet (SAWS) was a plain warner (al-nadhir mubeen), the truth stands distinct
from falsehood and is as clear as the sun. Therefore when noble shayook like Nassir bin Hamad al-Fahd claim openly
despite the threat of death, imprisonment and poverty that, “So here you have come to know that the Kāfir Crusade
Onslaught that is being led by the enemies of Allāh, the Americans and their allies from the other Kāfarah and Munāfiqūn,
is targeting Islām and the Muslims, so you should know that: Any assistance to them in their war, whether this assistance
is: physical, with weapons, with the tongue, with the heart, with the pen, with wealth, with opinion, or anything else
it is Kufr and apostasy from Islām – may Allāh protect us from that. 5”At this point, the serious Muslims should listen
and heed. Allah (SWT) says,
Give tidings to the Munāfiqūn that for them there is a painful punishment, those that take the Kāfirūn as allies besides
the believers. Do they seek honor with them? Verily all honor is with Allāh (4:139)
Is not calling for continued U.S. intervention on Muslim soil, failing to recognize the truth about the mujahedeen, holding
conferences criticizing jihad, trying to change its meaning, writing about the “bad-jihadi” Muslims and calling American
Muslims engaged in supporting the American system with their intellectual, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual
selves “good-Muslims” an example of this? Is it not clear that most of Western Muslims engage in promoting, in one way
or another, the “WAR ON TERROR?” or shall we say “WAR ON ISLAM.”
Shaykh ul-Islām Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhāb (RA)– said in his Nullifiers of Islam that the Eighth Nullifier is
Mudhāharah (aid, assistance, victory) of the Mushrikūn and assisting them against the Muslims, and the evidence is the
statement of the Most High, And whoever is an ally to them among you – then, indeed, he is (one) of them. Indeed,
Allāh guides not the wrongdoing people (5:51). It is clear that one of the biggest tests for the Muslims in this day and age
where the Muslims are weak and the kuffar are strong, much like the days of the Prophet (SAWS), is allegiance to Allah
(SWT), His Messenger (SAWS) and the Muslims. Allah says, Do people think that they will be left alone because they
say: "We believe," and will not be tested? (29:2) Surely, rejecting the taghout Western system, its armies, institutions ,
and proxies is like rejecting the Quraish in the days of the Prophet (SAWS) and indeed many today, like them, fail in that
test. Allah (SWT) explains,
Of mankind are some who say: "We believe in Allâh," but if they are made to suffer for the sake of Allâh, they
consider the trial of mankind as Allâh's punishment, and if victory comes from your Lord, they will say: "Verily! We
were with you (helping you)." Is not Allâh Best Aware of what is in the breast of His creation? (29:10)
The majority of the Muslims in the West race to prove they are not that serious about the tenets of their religion. They
bend over backwards to accept the taghout, obey them in part of the matter ,and thus condemn their brothers and sisters to
death under indiscriminate warfare, sanction, proxy, and puppet regime. However, if Islam was given victory tomorrow
they would change their tune and vie for leadership positions claiming they were secretly supportive the whole time. Allah
(SWT) says,
Do they then seek the judgment of (the Days of) Ignorance? And who is better in judgment than Allâh for a people who
have firm Faith. O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyâ' (protectors, helpers), they are but
Auliyâ' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyâ', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh
guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (oppressors). And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of
hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: "We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us." Perhaps
Allâh may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been
keeping as a secret in themselves. And those who believe will say: "Are these the men (hypocrites) who swore their
strongest oaths by Allâh that they were with you (Muslims)?" All that they did has been in vain, and they have become
the losers. (5:50-53)
This explains our condition perfectly. We befriend the Jews and Christians even though they are allies to each other, we
seek protection from them, assist them in changing the shariah of Muhammad (SAWS). Our leaders hurry to engage them

in conferences and treaties and sit silent while they work together to kill us by the thousands. If one of them is killed we
apologize and denounce the perpetrators as terrorists. Allah (SWT) says that by so-doing we become them and leave
Islam. However, many of us are so confoundingly ignorant we don’t even see the way we support them in multitude ways
and varieties. Some examples of the way Muslim assets aid the kuffar are as follows,
SOCIAL
Only 47% of Americans see themselves as Muslim first and American second. That means that of the 2.5 estimated
million Muslims in America, representing 0.8% of the population, only half of them understand that their primary identity,
as mandated by Allah, is with the religion as opposed to the nation. That means that about 1.2 million support America
directly before they support Islam. Only 61% pray every day and only 40% attend a mosque at least once a week, and
only 43% believe that mosques should express views of political and social issues. 43% also believe that Muslims in
America should adopt American customs. In light of the Islamic proofs aforementioned that means about 40% of Muslims
in America prefer America over Islam6. The effect of this reality can be witnessed in regard to the comedy groups, rap
groups, scout troops and fashion movements, or the campus groups in university that call themselves mujahedeen because
they are ‘striving’ to complete a college education. This assimilation leads them to join the enemy of Islam increasingly.
The customs and culture of America is seen all over and in innumerable forms. Muslims in America do not know what to
make of hadith like these so they throw them away from the discourse all together and never confront them,
The Prophet (SAWS) said, “I have been sent with a sword between before the Last Hour in order that Allah be
worshipped alone and without any partners. And my provision has been placed beneath the shade of my spear.
Humiliation and lowliness has been place upon the one that opposes my command, and WHOEVER IMITATES A
PEOPLE HE IS FROM THEM.”
Muslim immigrants came here to imitate the American society in regard to its openness, industry and tolerance. Today,
they imitate them in their homosexuality, alcoholism, mental illness, concentration on the material and other perversions
that have turned the sacred into what is looked upon as antiquated customs that are not the values that lead a nation to
success but the old-fashioned behaviors that lead to our destruction. How peculiar our social situation is today!!!
ECONOMIC
Today the entire world is affected by an economic model known as globalization. While the term sounds good and in fact
has several interpretive meanings from an economic sense it exists with the influence anywhere and everywhere of what is
properly termed ‘finance capitalism;’ a system devised to keep all natural resources and products flowing to the Western
European and American world, allowing international financiers from Walls Street and the City of London to extract a tax,
known as interest, on all productive economic activity, while private central banks and the U.S. military maintain despotic
and corrupt, elite governments over as many countries as possible and thereby create a great discrepancy between rich and
poor incomes. Indeed we live in a world where billions starve and millions control a large majority of the wealth. Still,
Muslims rather than fight for the oppressed buy into the system and emulate it as much as possible. We do not recognize
the political, social, religious, and environmental effect of supporting Western multinational corporations. We willing and
obligingly pay our taxes despite the fact a large portion of them go to prop up the military, we shop at their stores, wear
their clothes, work for their institutions, and love their corporate logos and brand names just like them, but we worship
Allah (SWT) on the side and have a few knickknacks and items that give us an “Islamic identity.” Meanwhile every
transaction props up the continuation of their system. We love that we should have the same luxury, and yearn for
technology we imagine is Western but in actuality is probably invented, designed, and concocted by Muslim-immigrant
inventors and engineers. The C.E.O and the financiers however take the credit and so we are led to believe through
deception that “the great white race” is responsible for all innovation, industry, and technology in the world. For decades
now, Western Muslims have tried hard to attain the worldly pleasures of others in the West and have gone so far that in the
process they have left their dignity and deen to do so. Allah (SWT) however warns,
And let not their wealth or their children amaze you. Allâh's Plan is to punish them with these things in this world,
and that their souls shall depart while they are disbelievers. (9:85)
According to a 2004 Zolgby survey Muslims are now more educated and affluent than the national average in America,
one in three had an income over $75,000 per year. An editorial in the Wall Street Journal reacted to the article claiming
that Muslims in America are, “role models both as Americans and as Muslims.” The first part is certainly true, but with
the majority of the profit going to support American GDP, to pay taxes and thus build bombs, to prop up corporations, to
purchase petroleum products so that Western countries can go off on more wars seeking control over more resources, one
wonders if this is something that in anyway helps Islam. Does it serve as dawa to the kuffar to make a lot of money yet
say nothing about Islam and its system that serves to abolish risk and ribaa, the solution to the economic crisis of late? In
actuality, even shariah complaint financial institutions, budding up all over now are not halal. Western banks have now
taken over and abducted affluent Muslims, altered the rules of engagement in Islam and taken away the term interest and
substituted for it service charge. The Muslim cares no more about the substance of a transaction, is only concerned with

terminology, and can therefore be manipulated. Because of our imitation and allegiance to the kuffar even the prospect
that Islamic economic models pose alternatives to the ills of the contemporary economic paradigm have been high-jacked
and destroyed by our intermingling with the kuffar.
POLITICAL
There is no greater example of political ignorance and allegiance with the U.S. enemy than in the way Muslims behave
towards new U.S. President Barack Obama. The entire ummah in America was told by all our leaders to vote for Obama,
that he would cease the war against Islam. And polling showed 90% of American Muslims did vote for him, this despite
removing two hijabis from camera view during election speeches, pledging to continue drone attacks into Pakistan,
maintain military presence in Iraq, and increase troops in Afghanistan. He was also a staunch supporter of Israel claiming
in front of the AIPAC lobby,
“Let me be clear. Israel's security is sacrosanct. It is non-negotiable. The Palestinians need a state that is contiguous
and cohesive, and that allows them to prosper – but any agreement with the Palestinian people must preserve
Israel's identity as a Jewish state, with secure, recognized and defensible borders. Jerusalem will remain the capital
of Israel, and it must remain undivided.7”
Despite the media reporting cuts in military expense, Obama raised the military budget. 8 Despite claiming to be about
“fundamental change”, he bailed out the bankers and continues to govern an economy that rescued the financiers on Wall
Street but still witnesses rising unemployment and now inflation which will devastate the poor all over; essentially he
protected the ribaa-based economic order before his own people. Despite all the publicity about his healthcare reform,
memos have now documented that the pharmaceutical industry has authorized his reform.9 Therefore, we can now say that
Obama’s idea of reform is not change but business as usual. While, even Americans are losing support for this
administration, Muslims continue to support him and cannot see his deception.
Obama pledged to remove combat troops from Iraq, but each U.S. military personnel removed has been replaced by a
private contractor from firms like Halliburton or Xe (formerly Blackwater)10, firms that have not only a reputation as
brutal murderers but also proudly pronounce their presence in Iraq as a “crusade 11” Obama is building new embassies in
Kabul and Islamabad to rival the biggest embassy the world has ever seen in Baghdad, and the Kerry-Lugar bill in
Pakistan makes aid contingent on Pakistan’s efforts to fight and kill Muslims along the Afghan border. He is now
contemplating increasing troops in Afghanistan a second time (up to as many as 60,000 more), has given military aid to
Somalia to fight those working for Islam there while cutting off humanitarian aid to the country,12 increased aid to the
Yemeni government to help it take the blood of Muslims, and continues to prop up the brutal Mubarak regime in Egypt
(the second largest recipient of U.S. aid to Israel), while supporting the tyrants in Saudi Arabia as well. Even the small
concessions he gave to Palestinians, after staying silent during Israel’s genocide on Gaza, to mandate Israel cease
settlement expansion was taken off the table as he pronounced his support for peace negotiations “with no preconditions”.
Still, recently on September 25, 2009, 3,000 Muslims gathered outside the White House to pray on Capitol Hill to show
their solidarity with America. As Imam Ali Jaaber explained, "we are decent Muslims. We work; we pay taxes. We are
Muslims who truly love this country." This says it all for those that understand American Empire and its elitist controllers
pose the biggest threat to the religion of Muhammad (SAWS).
RELIGIOUS
These compromises, appeasements and supports have not just made their way into the secular realm. The religious
teachings in America have strayed far away from those of the Prophet (SAWS). Like anything else Americans have
contacted in their imperialist adventures, the version of Islam practiced has also been turned into an American-Islam,
soured by the commoditization of the religion. Scholars hawk books and lectures, sell television stations, engage in
conferences and there is nothing on record that calls consistently, loudly and uncompromisingly against American
Empire. Small criticisms of George Bush or the War in Iraq may be found but mobilization to end the bloodshed against
Muslims is no where. Instead the religion is conformed to an acceptable religion in the eyes of the U.S. government. Take
for example a statement about a series of classes to be given on Quranic Commentary in Washington D.C. in November.
The statement about the discussion reads, “Join six of our greatest scholars as they examine both the external and internal
dimensions of the Qur’an and share their reflections and commentary on many verses that now, more than ever, require
a renewed understanding and application.13” The reality: none of the people are actually scholars at all but are merely
da’ees, students of knowledge, and many converted to Islam. The fact that the Quran needs a renewed understanding and

application is codeword for we must not talk about jihad and must instead emphasize mercy and patience while they
massacre us all over the world. Another example is the title of the 49th annual ISNA conference, held in July of this year.
With all the beautiful phrases and statements of wisdom in our own religion, these leaders choose to call the theme of this
year’s event: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, a phrase from the Declaration of Independence and seemingly a
suggestion that Americans should be able to live freely and happily while their government and military murders and
maims to protect the American way of life. The examples are too many to list and include, but the point is certain for
those that reflect: In many ways we have allied with the kuffar against Muslims and it is clear for those that have eyes to
see and ears to hear. Imam Ibn Hazm (RA) said, “There is no worse calamity for knowledge and its people than when
outsiders intrude. They are ignorant, but presume to know. They cause trouble yet think that they are helping.” There is no
greater calamity today than in the reality that our leadership in every which way has allowed Western outsiders to intrude
in propagating a religion that has absolutely no semblance to Islam as it was revealed to the Prophet (SAWS).
One of the major catastrophes of the indigenous Muslim movements here in the United States, is that they, like their
under-classed counterparts from impoverished America, have lost the dream of liberation and emancipation, of
sovereignty and autonomy for their culture, economy and religion and have in its place, and for worldly gain, substituted
the concept of assimilation and defeatism, accepting the argument that this “great land” has given them opportunity and
freedom where in actuality it has placed them in intellectual and material servitude, a servitude they now help to disperse
through to all corners of the globe through their watered-down version of the only religion acceptable in the eyes of Allah.
Malcolm X, or Malik Al-Shabazz once said before his true conversion to Islam that, "The economic philosophy of Black
Nationalism only means that we should own and operate and control the economy of our community." This should be the
platform for Muslims all over the world today. Where the Muslims should exist like they allowed others under their rule
for centuries to exist with autonomy like a patch in a quilt, we have absorbed the concept of American Melting Pot
perfectly. Muslims are the poster children for assimilation. We should be the most sovereign people on the planet with all
the resources of Muslim lands, and all the education, values, and power of faith in Islam. Instead we give it all to the
kuffar and accept a role where our religion remains in the mosque while our daily livelihood contributes in every which
way to propping up the dominant system of kufr in the land. In this way we truly have followed them straight into the
lizard’s hole, but handfuls of Muslims in the West are hanging on and spreading to the true deen, and the sect Muhammad
(SAWS) promised would always be victorious and engaged in jihad are also showing signs that victory is on the horizon.
Allah (SWT) says,
O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion, Allâh will bring a people whom He will
love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the Way of Allâh,
and never afraid of the blame of the blamers. That is the Grace of Allâh which He bestows on whom He wills. And
Allâh is AllSufficient for His creatures' needs, AllKnower. (5:54)
Today bold and brave Muslims all over the world have snapped out of the slumber the majority find themselves in and
have arisen in increasing numbers to defend the oppressed Muslims everywhere and to make the Allah’s Word superior in
the land. Indeed this is the message of Islam as it was understood by the Prophet (SAWS) and his companions (RAA).
This requires understanding a fundamental term known in Islam since its inception, al-walaa wal-baraa, or loving and
hating for the sake of Allah. Shaykh ul-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (RA) said: “For Allāh has ordered us to follow in the way of
Ibrāhīm and those who were with him, as they declared Barā’ah (innocence, disavowal) from the Mushrikūn and what
they worship besides Allāh, and al-Khalīl (Ibrāhīm) said: “I am free from what you worship, except the One who
created me. Indeed He shall guide me,” and having Barā’ah is opposite of allegiance, and the foundation of Barā’ah is
hatred, and the foundation of allegiance is love, and this is because the reality of tawhīd is to not love except Allāh, and to
love what Allāh loves, thus he doesn’t love except for Allāh, and does not hate except for Allāh.” The Saudi apostate
regime races to erase the term from the textbooks14 and no one wil mention it in America for fear of being branded a
‘terrorist’ but the encapsulation and implementation of the term that helped spread Islam all over the world is certainly
experiencing a renaissance of sorts through the actions and speech of the mujahedeen all over the globe. It is in the
combination of rejecting the taghout, refusing to compromise, and allying with the Muslims and hating those that oppose
and, or change the religion of Islam that Islam is being revived. Still, now like then, hypocrites and internal enemies pose
a threat with their low level of faith, defeatist attitude, love of the world and hatred of sacrifice. This is the reason we see
such assimilation, bending and twisting of the speech of Allah, because the tests that Allah (SWT) gives his creation are
failed by the majority.
In the ninth year after heijra, the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) having liberated Mecca with Islam and smashing
all idols around the Kaaba for the sake of Allah (SWT) did not set out to establish a democratic state of pluralism and
respect for the religion of polytheists. Instead, amidst scorching heat and draught, he ordered his companions (RAA) to
prepare for war against the Byzantines, one of two empires that existed at that time. 15 During the preparations many

Muslims refused to go out to the jihad and made excuses not to fight. For this Allah (SWT) revealed,
Those who stayed away (from Tabuk expedition) rejoiced in their staying behind the Messenger of Allâh; they hated to
strive and fight with their properties and their lives in the Cause of Allâh, and they said: "March not forth in the
heat." Say: "The Fire of Hell is more intense in heat", if only they could understand! So let them laugh a little and
(they will) cry much as a recompense of what they used to earn. (9:82& 83)
Indeed this is the case today as well. Faced with seemingly insurmountable odds, the jihad against the disbelievers in
retaliation for the onslaught against Muslim land is decried by most Muslims. The mujahedeen, like the critics of the
Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), are made to seem insane for taking on superpowers in a day of weakness. The test from
Allah (SWT) was failed by many then and is failed by most today. While most cried out eight years ago in defense of the
U.S.’s attacks on the “terrorists,” today they sit in a victorious position, the U.S. is expanded to a point of imperial
overreach, the dollar is in danger, the people are upset at the government, the spider web that is the U.S. dominated-
system is set to crumble and the mujahedeen grow stronger every day. However, those Muslims that remain behind and do
not make their allegiance to the mujahedeen apparent take great risks few are told of.
One of the sahaba that remained behind from Tabuk, Ka’ab bin Malik (RA) narrated an account of the effects of
their remaining behind16. He reports that many of those that remained behind lied to the Prophet (SAWS) and made
excuses, but he and two other companions, because of guilt, told the Prophet they remained behind simply because of a
love of the dunya and a hatred of jihad. The Prophet (SAWS) refused to give them salaams and to even see or talk to them
until Allah (SWT) revealed a decision regarding their case.
And (He did forgive also) the three [who did not join the Tabûk expedition (whom the Prophet SAW)] left (i.e. he did
not give his judgment in their case, and their case was suspended for Allâh's Decision) till for them the earth, vast as it
is, was straitened and their own selves were straitened to them, and they perceived that there is no fleeing from Allâh,
and no refuge but with Him. Then, He accepted their repentance, that they might repent (unto Him). Verily, Allâh is
the One Who accepts repentance, Most Merciful. O you who believe! Be afraid of Allâh, and be with those who are
true (in words and deeds)[]. (9:117-118)
It was only the fact that these sahaba (RAA) were honest with themselves and with the Messenger (SAWS) that they were
given forgiveness. Muslims living in America today must also be aware that honest introspection will suggest they too
have abandoned the call of the Messenger and in so doing have abandoned the Muslims outside the country. This
“thinking locally” has no place in Islam. The Prophet (SAWS) is reported to have said, The Muslims are like one man. If
his eyes hurt him his whole body suffers and if his head hurts his whole body suffers.” “The Muslim is the brother
of (his) fellow Muslim. He does not oppress him nor does he surrender him17.” Allah (SWT) says,
The Believers, men and women, are protectors, one of another: they enjoin what is just, and forbid what is evil: they
observe regular prayers, practice regular charity, and obey Allah and His Messenger. On them will Allah pour His
Mercy: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise." (Qur’an 9:71)
There is a lot that can be learned from analyzing the behavior of the hypocrites during every battle the Prophet (SAWS)
led his companions (RAA) into, and almost all of their analogies and applications fit perfectly the condition of the
majority living in the West today. It is recorded that Ibn al-Qayyim (RA) said, “So what Dīn, and what good is there to be
found in the one that sees the prohibitions of Allāh being committed, His prescribed punishments being laid to waste and
abandoned, His Dīn left, and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allāh (SAWS) being thrown away while he is of cold heart
with a silent tongue, a dumb-mute Shaytān just as the one who speaks falsehood is a speaking Shaytān?! Is the tribulation
of the Dīn in other than these, who if their source of food and position is safe, then there is no concern for what happens to
the Dīn? The best of them is the one that feigns and pretends to be sad. If however, a dispute arose with regards to
something that is important to him in his rank or wealth he would most certainly spend out and expend and make strong
effort in earnest and he would have utilized the three levels of censure according to his ability. 18” This was his
commentary on the famous hadith, “Whoever of you sees an evil then let him change it with his hand. If he is unable
then with his tongue. If he is unable then with his heart and that is the weakest of Īmān. (Muslim)”
Today our so-called leaders have abandoned us and chosen to take an easy path in this world. There is an apparent
hypocrisy in this path however for the one that chooses to reflect. There is no concept of blind following and adhering to
leaders when they command what is wrong in Islam. This is promoted today but is not in fact true. Allah (SWT) describes
the inevitable consequences of this mentality where He (SWT) says,
When those who were followed, disown those who followed (them), and they see the torment, then all their relations
will be cut off from them. And those who followed will say: "If only we had one more chance to return (to the worldly
life), we would disown them as they have disowned us." Thus Allâh will show them their deeds as regrets for them.
And they will never get out of the Fire. (2:166-167)

‘Ilām al-Muwaqqi’īn (2/121):
It is true that one may not be able to go fight jihad today against the occupier, but that is no excuse for helping the
enemies of Islam with word, wealth, or weapon. It is also no excuse to help change the deen toward a way that pleases the
kuffar. However, Allah (SWT) says,
Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad) till you follow their religion. Say: "Verily,
the Guidance of Allâh that is the (only) Guidance. And if you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him) were to follow their
(Jews and Christians) desires after what you have received of Knowledge, then you would have against Allâh neither
any Walî nor any helper.(2:120)
So while we seek to appease the Jews and Christians despite Allah (SWT) saying they will NEVER be pleased with us,
we fulfill the punishment in that Allah (SWT) will not help us when we go away from the knowledge He has revealed to
us through the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS). It makes sense then that we do not worry about the enemies of Islam, that
we work in all aspects of Islam to separate ourselves from their control, to abolish the taghout system led by America and
to liberate humanity with the true Islam. This requires two main concentrations: Educational and Organizational. We must
adhere to the religion as understood by those that were with the Prophet (SAWS). Today derogatory things like
wahhabism and salafi-jihadi are used to denote an extremist version of Islam, but the conscientious one should read the
life of the prophet Muhammad (SAWS) and ask if they would have said the same thing about his (SAWS) characteristics.
Indeed, the Battle of Tabuk was irrational, zealous and militant to say the least. By calling one version of Islam extremist
the enemies of the deen are able to make it seem like they are friendly to all those that do not adhere to the so-called
militant form of Islam. They are also able to control any threat to their domination and keep the voice of true Islam on the
fringe and out of the mainstream that is why all must rise to study and spread Islam to all, and then indigenous institutions
and organizations can spring up that shed themselves completely of the affects of Western jahillyya. Our institutions
today are tainted by tons of compromising influence. Islam is not dominated and dominates in that it is superior to every
alternative and has its own solutions to every predicament.
Stepping forward on the struggle to reestablish Islam in the land requires envisioning the specifics of human organization
under Islam and, in so doing, necessitates that Muslims the world over work to establish all forms of institutions that seek
to take over for dwindling Western control. Today, so-called Islamist institutions are all dependent on the systems of
state-capitalism, nationalism, and international organizations that are directly opposed to Islam both in theory and in
practice. It is time we support Islamic Revolution all over the planet, call to it, embrace it, and support those that
understand the importance of this call in emancipating humanity from the chains of Western civilization’s control. Allah
(SWT) says,
Not equal are believers who sit home and receive no hurt and those who Fight in Allah's Cause with their wealth and
lives. Allah has granted a grade higher to those who Fight with their possessions and bodies to those who sit home.
Those who Fight He has distinguished with a special reward (4:95
We ask all readers to think objectively about the import of these words. All reaction to them will not only affect humanity
in this world but individuals on the day they are resurrected by their Lord. Every bit you can do to support the religion of
Islam in its true form solidifies your allegiance to Allah (SWT) and His Messenger (SAWS). The ‘Allāmah, Ibn Hazm
(RA) said19 “The Most High said: And prepare for them what you can of power and steeds of war by which you may
terrorize the enemy of Allāh and your enemy (8:60) So He made terrorizing them an obligation upon us. Therefore,
whoever assisted them with what is carried to them then he has not terrorized them. Nay, he has assisted them in sin and
transgression.” We ask that Allah (SWT) prevent us from assisting the enemies of Islam in ways easily recognizable and
in those discreet and that He (SWT) allow the words of those preaching to a people whom Allah (SWT) is about to
destroy to resonate in the hearts and minds of men, so that He (SWT) can rescue as many as he wills help the Muslimin to
change their condition and grant His (SWT) victory to the mujahedeen. Amin!
