our proposal. Our proposal title is Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and
Control or we call HIRAC.

In the construction sector, we found that higher accident statistic record by
PERKESO on year 2009. 3643 accident case has been identifying. So, base on the
following statement, we know that safety and health at construction site have
yet to be satisfactory.
Risk management aspects will be taken seriously and will be review in detail by
this study.

Our objective is Identify health and safety risks to construction work 2
storey terrace houses (housing project) based on processes, resources,
facilities and working environment.
Access and analyze risks (HIRARC) to identify critical risks.

In this study, we will carry out to assess and analyze risks (HIRARC) for housing
projects.
This study will be conducted in three two-storey housing project.

Identifying Hazards
- Identify any unwanted situation that could lead to accidents
Assessing the Risks
- Risk management system is a system that manages the hazards
identified
- Risk assessment should also be done. This aims to identify new hazards
that may not be detected before the accident.

In research methodology section, we have 3 method
First we prepare the questionnaire. Questionnaire form was prepared base in
current research issued from all individual, reading and internet.
The purpose is to collect the data for analysis.

Next method we do the interview. Interview will be made before the
questionnaire.
Interviews conducted randomly to contractors and employees for the purpose of
providing survey form.

The data was collected through questionnaires and interviews will be compiled
for analysis

Our conclusion is we expect that our study will flow smoothly through the
planning that has been made. We hope this study will identify hazards and risks
in construction.
