Features
Description
Model ACE-TCS Tunnel convergence monitoring system
conveniently measures any transformational scale, inclination or
proportion of tunnel or underground excavation work.
It consists of an inclinometer with X & Y at both ends of
tunnel, a displacement sensor, mounting bracket and an
extension tube as a kit.
Its gage is installed along with internal wall of tunnel by 1
2m (In case of single line, kit is 8~10ea. In case of double
line, kit is 14~16ea.) not to hinder transportation service.
With any transformational change inside a tunnel, the
displacement value makes angular inclinometer as much as
the value of X-axis. It also makes length displacement in
Y-axis to be output into electrical signals, calculated easily
and accurately with provided conversion factor. The first
absolute place is made by X, Y-axis, and the displacement
value can be conversed through present and first value.

inclinometer and displacement sensor to the terminal box.
Or you can control and automatically measure in long
distance with data logger or automatic data acquisition
system.
The measured data can be showed in 0.01mm unit in twodimensional graphic through our own analyzing program of
TCS-PRO.
The system has a built-in lightning protector and
temperature sensor to keep regular temperature. It has no
influence from magnetic fields or noises in underground
system to measure perfectly and semi-permanently.

This system is connected to the system such as the VW

readout units, data loggers to be data logging and data
acquisition system to monitor readings.

When setting the VW Tunnel convergence monitoring

system, the gage length about 1 point isnt exceeding
1.5m. If it exceeds 1.5m, the sensor error went on
accumulating and then the shake of profile is big
occurring, even if you put in high precision sensor.
