Please note: In order to schedule a certification examination, you must have completed your application

process and received clearance to sit for the exam from AACE Headquarters.
If you have any technical issues with creating your test taker profile, selecting a testing center, or scheduling
selection problems, you must contact KRYTERION HOST Network Management Team at
1-800-403-6199, M-F, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST) or hostschedulerequest@kryterionline.com
AACE does not have the ability to troubleshoot or correct these issues.

SCHEDULING AN AACE INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION


NOTE: You CANNOT use an iPad to schedule your exam; there is a compatibility issue.

Go to our CBT Portal at: www.webassessor.com/aace


o At the welcome page, you will be asked to log-in to register. Since this is your first time, you will need to
create an account

Select the create new account link in the upper, right-hand corner.

Create a username, which must be an email address OR alphanumeric characters

Create a password, which must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase character, one
lowercase character, one digit, and one special character @$!#%

Enter in the remaining, required information designated by an asterisk (*):

NOTE: Please use the same name, address and email address you use for your AACE profile to allow for
easy recognition

Click Save
o You will receive a message indicating an email has been sent to verify your account creation, but you do
not have to read the email before logging-in, you can continue to the next step

Click Login

Enter the username and password you just created


o Once logged in you will land at the AACE Home Page

Click Register for an exam located at the end of the first blue title bar, just under the AACE Logo

Select the Exam you desire from the AACE Catalog


o Do not be concerned with the $100 fee attached to the exam you will use the access voucher code
listed in your clearance notice as payment for the fee before finalizing your scheduled exam
(NOTE: Your access voucher code will only work with the exam youve already registered for with AACE
International and is valid for six months. You cannot select a different exam.)

Select your Testing Center Location by selecting your Country, State, City OR Postal Code/Zip and select a
range of miles youre willing to travel, and Click Search and a list of Testing Centers will appear

OR if a list is already populated for centers near the address you entered when registering, select a
testing center from the list

Select your preferred location by checking the box on the left hand side of the Testing Center Name, and click
Select
o A calendar and time list is shown for the testing center(s) you selected. If you are unable to see an
available day/time at your selected location for the time period you are viewing, please expand your
view by selecting another month or adjust your mileage to view the next closest locations schedule.

Select your date and start time, and check the agreement acknowledgement check box and click
Select
o Please keep in mind that each testing center is independently owned and operated and have sethours for testing. If your exam is 5 hours long the system will already calculate the start-times you
can select based upon the length of the exam and the testing centers hours of operation. You
cannot request extended hours or days. It is possible that some locations will have limited
availability. Scheduling in advance should help to accommodate this issue.

A Review your Exam Registration screen will list your exam type, location details, date and start time of the
exam, if all is correct, click Continue

A confirmation of your exam registration is shown if all is as you selected, enter your ACCESS CODE in the
enter access code box and click Apply

Click Submit

A confirm Exam Registration screen will list your exam type, Voucher Code discount, and total, if in agreement
click Submit

A scheduling confirmation will appear verifying your name, location details, exam type, access code discount,
and Test Taker Authorization Code required for launching your exam at the HOST location on the scheduled
day of your exam. You can print the information (an email will also be sent to you automatically) and/or click
Done (NOTE: You will need to bring the confirmation with you on the day of the exam)

You are now registered for your AACE International CCT Computer Based Testing Examination!

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

Sometimes circumstances require changing, or cancelling, your scheduled exam. Cancellation shall be
deemed any change made 72 hours (3 days) or less before the originally scheduled exam. A candidate
will not have the ability to cancel a scheduled exam. Cancellations must be conducted by AACE
Headquarters staff only and the resit fee will apply and due before a new access voucher code will be
issued.

Rescheduling shall be deemed any change made greater than 72 hours (3 days) before the originally
scheduled exam. A candidate has the ability to login to their Kryterion test taker profile and
reschedule the exam to another date, time and/or location at any time at no extra charge, as long as it
is greater than 72 hours (3 days) before the originally scheduled exam and their voucher code has not
expired.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED EXAM:

Please show up at the testing center 15 minutes early, and provide the proctor with the Test Taker
Authorization Code listed in your confirmation email. (Please note: You must bring your Test Taker
Authorization Code or the proctor will not be able to load your assessment. Attention CEP, CFCC, EVP
AND PSP candidates: you may need the confirmation email to refer to for your AACE ID# when writing
your memo/essay if you do not have it memorized.)

You will be required to provide the Exam Proctor two (2) forms of identification (one must be a photo
Government issued ID). Secondary identification would be a credit card, bank debit card, employee
identification card. NOTE: In the United States a Social Security card is not an acceptable form of
identification.

You will receive instructions and scratch paper/pencil and any other resources needed for the exam

Once seated and the proctor has loaded your assessment, you are ready to LAUNCH the exam
