image of the company when they communicate correctly and exactly before outside
stakeholders.

B. Topic: Accountability: Taking Ownership for your Responsibility


Overview:
Any time you hear someone say thats not my job, see someone ignore a customer/ mistake
or walk by when the light/fan is on, or not stoop down to pick up a piece of paper on the
floor, that person is just renting a spot on the organization chart. Theyre not taking
ownership for the work itself.
Organizations need to hold people accountable for fulfilling the terms of their job
descriptions, and for not behaving in ways that are inconsistent with the values and mission
of that organizationto move from good to great. Great organizations are characterized by
people who are accountable for their attitudes and behaviors, as well as their performance
because they have pride of ownership.

Training Date & Duration:

The suggested Program is for two days; each day the training session ranges between
06-08 hours each, including breaks.
The Proposal is for the current financial year i.e. 2015-16, specifically May first or
second week.

Commercials:

The Training Fee for one full day session is Rs. 22000/- for supervisors and
executives, and Rs. 25000/- for managers. Travel, boarding and lodging arrangements
to be made/borne by the client organization, additionally.
