Leadership responsibilities included developing professional development, which built capacity and
accountability of the instructional staff knowledge towards English Language Learners, informational

developing various modes of communication, such as creating a school email account to maintain
constant communication with families, developed monthly informational parent bulletins, planned
and conducted informational parent meetings.

Teacher
Position consisted of strengthen the knowledge of students throughout effective strategies and
pedagogy. Assessed and planned instruction to help strengthen students areas of needs as well as
