You must identify yourself as a Cisco Networking Academy student and have the following information
available when you call to make your exam registration:
- If you have taken a Cisco Certification exam before, please tell the customer service agent in order to
ensure you receive proper credit
- Provide your Legal Name as shown on a government issued ID - which will have to be presented along
with another photo ID at the time of testing
- Your Social Security, Passport, or Testing ID number
- Your primary mailing address and phone number
- Exam you are registering for: CCNA 640-801 in all available languages or CCNA 640-607 in Spanish,
Portuguese or Japanese (in Japan Region) only
- Your company name, if applicable
- Your E-mail address as it appears in Academy Connection
- Method of payment for the remaining balance, less the discount
- Your Academy Connection Username
- Your Academy Connection ID (found on your "My Profile" page within Academy Connection)

Additional Information Regarding Your Cisco Voucher:
- You must register and complete your exam prior to the expiration date above.
- Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended, please plan accordingly.
- Expired vouchers have no value.

- Tell the representative you wish to use this voucher as partial payment for your exam, you will have to
pay the remaining balance at the time of registration.
- This voucher may be applied towards one registration for the CCNA exam delivered at a Pearson VUE
Testing Center (VTC).
- This voucher may not be used by anyone other than the intended recipient to whom this email was sent.
Failure to do so may result in a voided exam result.
- This voucher may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund and may not be used for any other exam.
Neither Pearson VUE, Pearson VUE Testing Centers, nor Cisco Systems are responsible for vouchers that
