Teaching Graduate Program (PPG) is a new program introduced by the Teacher

Education Division (BPG) of the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. This program
is specially designed for non-graduate teachers to have the opportunity to pursue a
degree, so as to gain knowledge and experience more meaningful. The program
is conducted in Distance Education (Distance Learning) and after completion of the
course, teachers will be awarded a Bachelor of Teaching with Honours.

This

course will train teachers to have the skills and knowledge as well as more creative
and innovative in implementing the teaching and learning in the classroom. This
will produce students or students who have better quality for the nation. One of the
courses offered in this program is English Language Proficiency.
However, in subjects English Language Proficiency, the various challenges
that have been

invaded by

me to

be

successful. Among the

challenges

that have encountered and experienced while attending the course is to sacrifice the
time. This includes the distribution time for a career as an educator, as head of the
family, as husband and the time to learn. Daily schedule should be used carefully to
avoid the daily outstanding assignments. If during this time of the weekend will
serve as a family, but now a part of it had to be allocated to study.
In addition, the next challenge was the sacrifice of energy and money. For
example, I had to allocate a sum of money in order to pursue this with more
success. This is to ensure that this course can be followed by a more effective
