Fourth week

In the fourth week of practicum, I teach:

Title

: Butterflies

Activity : Catan
I entered the class as usual and implemented the teaching and learning
process as planned. I started the class by explaining the title and the activity that
will be conducted. I found that pupils are too excited and ready to produce their
own product of art.
I managed to implement the activity of teaching and learning step by step as I
what I have planned. I discovered that pupils have the experience by using
catan technique in order to produce pictures despite of their weakness in
painting the image neatly.
In overall, pupils were able to implement the descriptive activity by using
catan technique. I feel so glad that the objectives of teaching and learning
planned was able to be achieved successfully.

Week 5
In the fifth week, I taught DSV class as sated in the details below:

Theme : Nature
Title

: Ladybird

Activity : Collage
I begun my activity of teaching and learning by showing the picture of
ladybird and make connection with the activity and the title implemented.
Next, I explained the meaning of collage and introduced the media that they
are going to use to describe the image of ladybird.
Pupils seem to be so excited and interested to follow the activity of
teaching and learning. With this positive respond, pupils were able to
produce the product of art successfully.
In overall, the development of teaching and learning activity could be
conducted as planned and the objectives were achieved by the end of the
lesson.

Sixth week
In the sixth week, I taught the lesson as follow:

: Shaping and constructing

Theme : Nature
Title

: Cat

Activity : Boneka (doll)

I started the lesson by exhibiting the examples of completed dolls as my
induction set. After that, I introduced the media that are needed to produce the
doll of a cat.
I found that the pupils were really excited and had given their full cooperation
to the activity conducted. Pupils were able to produce the doll happily based on
their own creativity.
In overall, the activity of teaching and learning could be conducted well and
the objectives were achieved as stated.

Seventh week
In the seventh week, I have chosen the lesson as follow:

: Traditional craft

Theme : Humans product of object

Title

: Parang

Activity : Self Defense Device (Model)

I started the activity of teaching and learning by introducing the materials
needed to produce parang. I asked some pupils about the device and its
uses in brief. Next, I connect it with the activity planned.
Next, I introduced the tools and materials needed to produce parang. I
explained it by showing the steps eventually. The pupils had given good
respond through out the lesson.
The activity of teaching and learning went well and as what I planned. In
addition, the pupils gave their full cooperation to me especially by providing
the materials needed.
In overall, I feel so satisfied because the objectives of the lesson were
achieved successfully.
