Equipment Qualification (EQ) Fundamentals

Overview
This seminar presents a basis for the regulations and standards requiring Equipment
Qualification of nuclear safety related components the methods by which EQ is
performed the importance of the qualification basis to the supply of new equipment the
significance of EQ through plant life, and considerations applicable to the nuclear
renaissance. A tour of the Kinectrics laboratories is included in this seminar.
