ABSTRACT
The author starts form Marx's pressupposition that the foundation ar 'the root of the man is
lhe own man', trying to locate the probiem of the relationship among structure and
determination of lhe subject, his Iiberty and possibility of choices. ln a second aspect, he
argue that the contradiction among the social work, creator of use value - condition for the
human production and reproduction and eternai natural necessity (MARX) - and the
production's social relationship in the later capitalism, and extend the alienation and lhe
superfluous and ghostiy work. For least, it underlines some questions due to the points
above related to current researches that Iink the educative and formative process with the
unemployment and underemployrnent and, more widely how we are situated in the debate
of educative reforms in Brazil.
