Governor Mary Fallin, along

with the Coordinating Council
on Seismic Activity has also
launched a website in the wake of
the recent announcement to help
Oklahomans better understand
the goings-on with the earthquake investigation.
The
website,
earthquakes.ok.gov, serves as a
public resource dedicated to sharing research, regulations, updates
and news related to the recent
quakes.
The launch came the same
day as the release of the OGS
announcement, and will be continuously updated with the latest
data, studies, developments and
proposed actions in response to
the earthquakes.
This website will help provide Oklahomans with up-to-date
and timely information about our
ongoing earthquake response,
Fallin said in a press release.
I appreciate the work of
the Coordinating Council and
the state agencies, universities,
industry and environmental
groups that have contributed to
its progress.

125,000 hours of their personal
time volunteering.
Im incredibly proud to see
hundreds of employees receive
recognition for their volunteer
service, said Jan Collier,
vice president and general
manager for AT&T Oklahoma
and Arkansas. Wed like to
congratulate our PVSA recipients and thank them for their
commitment to improving the
communities where they live
and work.
Employees
participated
in activities such as mentoring students online in science
and math, cleaning up local
parks, or traveling overseas
to meet the needs of people
in a country far away. Here in
Oklahoma, employees donated
their time to charities and organizations across the state.
Over time, these moments
of giving can add up to millions of service hours. AT&T
employees and retirees volunteered more than 5.6 million
hours in 2014 alone.
PVSA is an initiative of the
Corporation for National and
Community Service (CNCS)
and is administered by Points
of Light. With a shared mission of inspiring more to serve
the public, PVSA celebrates
the impact we can all make in
bettering our world. The award
is available on an annual basis
and is an honor that every
American from youth to
seniors can receive and be
recognized by our nations
president for their volunteer
efforts.
To be eligible for the award,
AT&T submits a record of
employees annual volunteer
service hours to be verified
and considered.
The full list of Oklahoma
honorees is as follows:
