Proposed date(s):

2. Exact location(s) of
work/project
3. How does the
project location affect

routes; building
features etc.
4. List any hazards

1st March, 27th March, 5th April, 6th April, 21st April

(Hazard = Something that

using ladders, fixings at
height etc.)

Slippery Surface
Manual Handling: Carrying track and dolly, tripod, camera.

5. List who might be

harmed by the
hazards identified
(e.g. staff, students, visitors,
consider numbers at risk)

6. How might they be

harmed?
(Type of injury or health
problem that might result i.e.
cuts, bruises, fractures,
electric shock, burns etc.)

7. List control
measures in place to
reduce risks to an
acceptable standard
(Control measures should
ultimately reduce the overall
risk. Do not purely rely upon
providing Personal Protective
Equipment)

Historic Dockyard, Chatham. Church Lane, ME4 4TE

Low risk around 75% filmed outside. All inside locations have clear fire exits.

Myself (producer)
Crew (camera operator)
Both affected by all risks listed above
Trip Hazard Possible. Cuts, bruises, broken bone in some cases.
Fire: Any injury possible. Very unlikely risk.
Manual Handling: Likely. Cuts, bruises, broken bones
Slippery Surface: Likely. Same as above.
Enclosed Area: Likely. Same as above.
Trip Hazard: Carry less equipment which may restrict viewing, walking slowly and
checking where walking, avoid areas with uneven floor, or anything scattered on he
