PROJECT
This project is a renovation and refurbishment of an existing student union gaming lounge space, to be replaced with a Starbucks Brand
retail food service venue. The extents of the work includes demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture and interior wall
finishes and construction of new partitions, millwork, ceilings and installation of new finishes and equipment as shown on A/E drawings.
MEP systems will be modified as required and shown on A/E construction drawings. The project is located on the first floor of the Harcombe
University Center.
