• Coordinate Debt recovery on classified accounts in the

region – (recovered over N600,000.00 Million in April 2009)

• Special committee on IOCF (Interest on Classified Funds)

recovery and provisions. Recovered over N1.5 billion from
IOCF.

• Credit monitoring and control to ensure facilities run in line

with approved dynamics and to prevent facilities from
degenerating to non-performing classification.

• Watch listing recalcitrant accounts and taking remedial

actions so as to prevent them from degenerating.

• Periodic and spot credit reporting to management and
