ownership, Iocatior! possession, position, chain of documents and documentation etc. & issuance of
certificate,
Further to Head Office Instruction Circular No. 32812010 dated 09.11.2010 & Instruction Circular No.3782011
dated 19.05.2011 wherein it was advised to conduct physical verification of property and its documents by
Branch Manager, Deputy Manager and Advance/Foreign Exdrange In-charge of the branch for better
ascertaining the genuineness of ownership, location, possessiory positioq chain of documents and
documentation etc. of the mortgaged property against approved credit facilities of our bank or placed for
approval and issuance of a certificate in this regard duly signed by them. A iopy of such certificate also to be
sent to Head Office along with credit/renewal proposal for allowing credit/renewed facility to the client'
To get better benefit on ascertaining the genuineness of ownership of land/genuineness of work order/existence
of a firm, the following documents may be checked by way of searching from the offices as mentioned each
