Turned around and commercially launched all aspects of the previously struggling AirWare Labs which created a
revolutionary new FDA approved Class-1 medical device following 3 failed attempts by 3 different predecessors. This
international design and utility patented product had multiple patented applications to improve breathing in domestic,
industrial, construction, and airline industries, with extensive potential in worldwide sectors. Consequently, $1.6 million
in sales was achieved in the 1st full year of market penetration and $2.75 million in the 2nd year of market penetration.
Single-handedly secured national and international placement of AirWare products at major retailers such as CVS, Rite
Aid, and Boots U.K. within the 2nd year of full operations, and successfully took the company public in the 3rd year via a
reverse merger.
Pioneered and grew a market-leading frozen yogurt chain from conception by initially utilizing private equity funds that
accomplished the following 4 items: 1) Achieve $1.5 million in sales during its 2nd year; 2) Recruited 400 staff members;
3) Recognized as a top frozen yogurt chain in Arizona; and 4) Named 'Best Frozen Yogurt Dessert' in a multitude of
magazines and publications with annual 'Best of Frozen Dessert Awards'.
Founded and grew within 2 years Osborn Financial Group, a highly regarded diversified consultancy from scratch to 80
loyal clients in widely diverse industries, building the company on 100% referrals. Served as a senior executive in
multiple roles utilizing some venture capital contacts that generated in the 2nd year gross revenue exceeding $500,000.
Established and launched the $70 million Chorus Lines 1st retail chain comprised of 5 stores within an 'impossible' 6month deadline. Consequently, achieved fully functioning operations just prior to the holiday season including site
selections, lease negotiations, store design and build-outs, full staff and complete merchandise under budget and within 5
months, which exceeded company expectations for completion.

President & CEO Scope of duties consist of directing all operational aspects of frozen yogurt shops with retail locations
in Scottsdale Fashion Square and Kierland in Arizona, including defining and implementing all operational policies and
procedures, strategic planning, site selections, lease negotiations, business development, marketing, accounting, cash and tax
management, inventory systems and controls, POS selection, procurement and implementation, HR recruiting, staffing and
scheduling and the enforcement of all state/federal environmental safety and FDA regulations and quality control.
Designed and executed a comprehensive market strategy that trended this newly formed company to achieve $1.5 million
in revenue in its second year of operations.
President & CEO Specifically recruited to devise and execute strategic 3-year to 5-year company roadmap to drive
company mission, objectives, revenue, profitability and organizational growth; responsible for brand development, overseas
manufacturing and supply chain, logistics and distribution, sales, marketing and public relations. Additional responsibilities
included investor relations and fundraising, domestic and international patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial design,
trade dress, FDA compliance and domestic and international regulatory compliance. Also served as the CFO and prepared all
audited financial statements and worked with counsel and auditors to prepare all required SEC documents and filings in
accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including the Super 8-K to go public via a reverse merger.
Favorably negotiated with distributors to pay 50% down for their minimum orders, which more than covered the
company's manufacturing and packaging costs, while simultaneously strengthening company patents by working
extensively with patent attorneys to file protective international patents, all within a 1-year time frame.
