eCourse Assignment
STAFF INSTRUCTIONS

How to Assign an eCourse to a Customer in Atlas


Login to Atlas with your staff login and password
Click on the Ecourses menu item
From the list available, select the desired eCourse you would like to assign to a customer, then
right click on that eCourse title

Select Assign Customers and follow the Atlas prompts to search for your customers full

last name or SSN digits and assign your customer; click the OK pop-up message once user
(customer) is successfully assigned to eCourse or if you receive an Unable to assign notice

Exit the Assign Customers screen by clicking on the Dashboard or Ecourses header
To assign another customer, click on the Ecourses header and follow the directions above

customers
information (name #1
or SSN), then click
Search

the Dashboard
header to exit
this screen and
return to the
Atlas menu list or
Ecourses to
return to the list
of available
Ecourses

*Notice the pop-up message looks very


similar whether your attempt to assign
a customer was successful or
unsuccessful.

Remember to pay careful attention to


this message to ensure eCourse was
assigned

Assignment Confirmation
You were successful in assigning an eCourse to a customer if:
You receive a pop-up button indicating User (customer) successfully assigned to eCourse
You right-click on the eCourse title within the Ecourses screen, then click on View Assigned
Customers and see your customers name appear in the Assigned Users screen list

You can confirm


customer was
successfully assigned
to eCourse because
the name appears in
the Assigned Users

To cancel an
assignment, you can
delete a customer
from an assigned
eCourse at this
screen

To confirm customer
assignment or to view
names of assigned
customers, select
View Assigned
Customers

eCourse Assignment TROUBLESHOOTING


You may be unable to assign an eCourse to a customer if:
the customer is already assigned that particular eCourse
the customer is not registered in Atlas

return to the Atlas menu
list or Ecourses to return
to the list of available
Ecourses

TROUBLESHOOTING
Check to see if your customer is
already assigned by returning to
the Ecourse screen and rightclicking the eCourse title to View
Assigned Customers
If the customer is not already
assigned, confirm the customer is
registered in Atlas; the customer
must be registered in Atlas to
complete an eCourse

Remember to pay careful attention to


this message to ensure eCourse was
assigned
