You shall take all reasonable and necessary steps and precautions to maintain the
secrecy and prevent the disclosure of any Confidential Information.
3. You shall not during the employment contract or after the expiration or termination of the
contract use for your own benefit or for the benefit of any other person, disclose to any
person or through any failure to exercise all due care and diligence cause or permit any
unauthorized disclosure of any Confidential Information, unless expressly authorized in
writing by TOUCH Community Services or as required under law.
4. You shall not copy, reproduce, store in a retrieval system or database, information
regarding any person, client, product, service, project or development except when
required to perform your duties.
5. You shall refrain from using or attempting to use any Confidential Information in any
manner or form which will or may cause or be calculated to cause injury or loss to TOUCH
Community Services or its associates or its clients.
6. The obligations and restrictions contained in this Clause do not apply to information:
6.1 which is or becomes public knowledge other than by a breach of this Clause;
6.2 which is or becomes known from other sources without restriction on disclosure; or
6.3 which is required to be disclosed by any legal or professional obligation or by a
regulatory authority.
8. If you breach any of the foregoing, TOUCH Community Services reserves the right to take
necessary action, including legal action against you for but not limited to damages and/or
injunctive relief and/or any other relief.
9. The conditions in this Clause shall be regarded as separate, distinct and severable so that
the unenforceability of any condition shall in no way affect the enforceability of any other
conditions.
ANNEX B
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and proprietary confidential information
in the seminar / workshop / training courses materials prepared by you, provided to you or
to which you have access to, whether in part or in whole and whether used in the
seminars / workshops / training courses or not, shall belong to and remain in the property
of TOUCH Community Services.
2. All the materials shall be submitted to the Company at least one week prior to the
commencement of the seminars / workshops / training courses or such earlier date as
directed by TOUCH Community Services.
3. You shall use the materials only for the purpose of conducting seminars, workshops and
training courses assigned to you by TOUCH Community Services.
4. You shall not use, reproduce or disseminate or permit the usage, reproduction or
dissemination of the materials in any manner or form not specifically authorized and
consented to in writing by TOUCH Community Services.
5. You shall keep the materials in secured storage to ensure that they are accessible only to
persons authorized by TOUCH Community Services.
6. You shall not by yourself, your agents or your servants copy, modify, adapt, translate or
amend the contents of the materials and/or methodology without the prior written consent
of TOUCH Community Services or as a basis in setting up any similar programme or
company.
7. Upon the completion of the purpose for which you have prepared or received the materials,
or upon the expiration or termination of the employment contract, you shall promptly return
the materials as well as all correspondence, documents and all other property belonging to
TOUCH Community Services which may be in your possession and/or control and you
shall not retain any copies thereof.
8. If you breach any of the foregoing, TOUCH Community Services reserves the right to take
necessary action, including legal action against you for but not limited to damages and/or
injunctive relief and/or any other relief.

ANNEX C
CODE OF CONDUCT
1. As a volunteer of TOUCH Community Services, you are to uphold the best interests of the organization
and all its services.
2. You are to conduct yourself professionally and appropriately at all times, towards all participants,
personnel on duty, staff and other volunteers of TOUCH.
3. You shall dress appropriately at all times when representing TOUCH Community Services.
4. Ensure that all information submitted to TOUCH is true, accurate and not misleading.
5. Keep to the time schedule given out and report punctually for trainings, rehearsals and shows.
Inform your group mentor via phone or sms if you are on medical leave (MC). A medical
certificate is to be submitted thereafter.
Inform your group mentor 2 weeks in advance if you are not able to attend a particular
training due to a valid reason.
