PHASE-2
PRODUCT DECISION
Once the group is formed, every member in the group started
discussing about a new product development which does not exist in
the market. Everyone came with different products such as

Dry shampoo
Software enabled beard and moustache designer
Solar back cover for both mobile and tab
I-Shooter
I-Rado

From the above mentioned products we decided to go with I-rado that


was most suitable and convenient for us to do and practically more
realistic and profitable, and also members in the team agreed with it,
as it is completely a new concept in the market.

PHASE-4
DIAGRAM OF THE PRODUCT
It was the responsibility of Amel and Nishanth to design and develop
the product, they started designing rough diagrams of the product
which took sometime before the final design was selected because
group members were having different suggestion about the structure
of the product, finally these both completed their task successfully
with the support of other group members.

RUNNING OF PRODUCT DEVELOPED


I Rado was developed by using the updated technology and it
functions with the battery that has been installed with in it. There are
keys that functions as absorbing the energy and another one that
shows the signal when the heat or extra energy is being done and the
user to function in the most appropriate and effective manner. Product
is long lasting and user friendly.
PHASE 7
DETAIL DESCRIPATION OF EACH PHASE
The First Phase describes about the TEAM FORMATION and how its
being formed and discussion about the product that has to be done.
The Second Phase describes about the RULES
RESPONSIBITILITIES of each team members in the group.

AND

The Third Phase describes about the PRODUCT DECISION and all
ideas and views of each member is being discussed and the most
suitable product is being selected and has finally reached to the point
which product has to be developed.
The Fourth Phase describes about the DIAGRAM OF THE
PRODUCT and how the product looks like is being represented in
this phase .
The Fifth Phase describes about the 3-D model of the product that has
been developed is being represented.
The Sixth Phase describes about the RUNNING OF PRODUCT
DEVELOPED or the functioning of the product is being discussed in
this phase.
The Seventh Phase describes about the DETAILED DESRIPATION
OF EACH PHASE and how,what activities are being described at this
stage.

The Eighth Phase describes about the COST ESTIMATION OF THE


DEVELOPED PRODUCT is being done in this phase. It clearly
mentions about the budget and cost estimation of the product is being
done at this phase.
The Ninth Phase describes about the CAPITAL FORMATION ,the
capital that has being required in order for developing the product and
capital that has been required for the product.
The Tenth Phase describes about the INVESTMENT PHASE ,the
initial investment that has being required in order to function and for
getting the final output. The capital requirement is clearly being
described at this stage.
The Eleventh Phase describes about the PRODUCT
DEVELOPMENT ,how the product is being developed and in what
all possible ways it can be implemented in order to function in an
better manner.
The Twelfth phase describes about the TEST WAYS ,explains about
the different test ways in which the product can be developed that
satisfies the end user and the product that is user friendly.
The Thirteen phase describes about the Display and Presentation.
This is the final phase that describes about how the product is being
finally presented to the end user.

PHASE 8
COST ESTIMATION OF THE DEVELOPED PRODUCT
Cost estimation or the requirement of capital that has being there is
clearly mentioned and about the budget and cost estimation of the
product is being done at this phase. At what cost it has to be
introduced in the market is being described at this phase.

PHASE 9
CAPITAL FORMATION
The capital that has being required in order for developing the product
and capital that has been required for the product.
PHASE 10
INVESTMENT PHASE
The initial investment that has being required in order to function and
for getting the final output. The capital requirement is clearly being
described at this stage.
All Electrical Appliances Rs.150
Therefore the final price at which the product is sold in the market is
Rs .200.

PHASE 11
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ,
How the product is being developed and in what all possible ways it
can be implemented in order to function in an better manner and the
procedures thats being there in order to develop the product. After the
product is fully manufactured, the product is tested under various
process, inorder to check the product is a success or not. In the test
phase , all the parts are tested by our specialist through Automated
testing machines for finding any minute and other damages if any,
after the manufacturing ,so the damaged parts can be replaced with a
new one to bring out the perfect final product. In the test phase, when

the product is approved as tested ok , the product will be available


in our showrooms. .
PHASE 12
TEST WAYS
This phase explains about the different test ways in which the product
can be developed that satisfies the end user and the product that is
user friendly.
PHASE 13
DISPLAY AND PRESENTATION
This is the final phase that describes about how the product is being
finally presented to the end user .
