OF REGISTERED PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
I, SOCIMO TEANO, of legal age, Filipino married to Susana De La Cruz and
resident of Brgy. Naganacan, Cauayan City, Isabela, am the owner of a parcel of
land situated in Brgy. Naganacan, Cauayan City, Isabela, containing an area of
TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-123744 of the Register of Deeds of Isabela, and which is
more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. B. of the subdivision plan Psd-2-02-008815,
being a portion of Lot H-175247). Bounded on the N., along line 5-1 by Lot C of the
Subd. Plan; on the E., along lines 1-2-3 by Pedro Rupinta; on the S., along line 3-4 by
Lot A of the subdivision plan; and on the W., along line 4-5 by Rufino Pascua.

That for and in consideration of the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 600.000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction
and which I acknowledged to have received from MELCHOR O. KALEY, of legal age,
Filipino, and resident of Bontoc, Mt. Province, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER
and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said MELCOR O. KALEY, his
heirs and assigns, the above-described parcel of land free from liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.
That the VENDOR hereby warrants full ownership and peaceful possession by
the VENDEE of the above-described parcel of land SOLD and defend the same from
any lawful third party claimant.

parcel of land situated in Brgy. Naganacan, Cauayan City, Isabela, containing an
area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-123745 of the Register of Deeds of Isabela, and
which is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot C of the subdivision plan Psd-2-02-008815, being
a portion of Lot H-175247. Bounded on the N., along line 3-4 by Lot D of the
Subdivision plan; on the E,. along line 4-1 by Pedro Rupinta; on the S., along line 1-2
Lot B of the Subd. Plan; and on the W., along line 2-3 by Rufino Pascua, H-163216.

That for and in consideration of the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 600,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction
and which I acknowledged to have received from MELCHOR O. KALEY, of legal age,
Filipino and resident of Bontoc, Mt. Province, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said MELCHOR O. KALEY, his
heirs and assigns, a PORTION of the above-described parcel of land containing an
area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) SQUARE METERS, free from liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.
That the VENDOR hereby warrants full ownership and peaceful possession by
the VENDEE of that portion of the above-described parcel of land SOLD and defend
the same from any lawful third party claimant.
