How Can I be Saved from the Lake of Fire?

A) You must be either broken hearted, afflicted, poor or needy: You

do not find true lasting joy or happiness in this world by gathering
money, possessions, friends, lovers or activities or other things which
do not bring you peace in your spirit.
Psalm 34: 18. The LORD (Jesus) is near to the brokenhearted
And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Matthew 5:3. "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the
kingdom of heaven.
Psalm 22:24. For He has not despised nor abhorred the
affliction of the afflicted; Nor has He hidden His face from Him;
But when He cries to Him, He hears.
Matthew 5:4. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be
comforted.
B) You must acknowledge that you have failed to do that which is
right and are sorry for it, and are completely willing to change and
take new direction from Jesus.
Psalm 41:4. I said, "Lord, (Jesus) be merciful to me; Heal my
soul, for I have sinned against You.''
Psalms 51:1. Have mercy upon me, O God (say Jesus),
According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of
Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions. 2. Wash me
thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin. 3.
For I acknowledge my transgressions, And my sin is ever before
me. 4. Against You, You only, have I sinned, And done this evil
in Your sight That You may be found just when You speak, And
blameless when You judge.
C) You must cry out to Jesus as your God with your whole being
because his is the only name by which you may be saved; asking
him to forgive you and to change you, and to live inside you and
make you new with his Holy Spirit to be born again a new person

in Christ.
Acts 4:10. Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of
Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye
crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this
man stand here before you whole. 11. This is the stone which
was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of
the corner. 12. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there
is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby
we must be saved.
John 3:3. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say
unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the
kingdom of God.
John 3:6. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that
which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7. "Do not marvel that I said
to you, `You must be born again.' 8. "The wind blows where it
wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it
comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of
the Spirit.''
John 3:15. "that whoever believes in Him (Jesus) should not
perish but have eternal life. 16. "For God so loved the world
that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in
Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Psalms 32:5. I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I
have not hidden. I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the
Lord, (Jesus) And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah
6. For this cause everyone who is godly shall pray to You In a
time when You may be found; Surely in a flood of great waters
They shall not come near him.
Psalm 25: 16. Turn to me and be gracious to me, For I am lonely
and afflicted. 17. The troubles of my heart are enlarged; Bring
me out of my distresses. 18. Look upon my affliction and my
trouble, And forgive all my sins.
Matthew 6:14. "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your

heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15. "But if you do not
forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive
your trespasses.
D) You must know Jesus, and he you by studying the Bible and
following his commandments in the New Testament. Start by reading
the whole book of John which will teach you much more than I ever
could.
Matthew 22:37. Jesus said to him, " `You shall love the Lord
your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your
mind.' 38. "This is the first and great commandment.
John 14:23. Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves
Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will love him, and We
will come to him and make Our home with him.
Acts 2:38. Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one
of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission
of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Remember that Jesus died for you on a wooden cross so that you
could have eternal life in joy, love and peace with all his and your
family in Gods kingdom. Do not dishonor him; always repent and ask
for forgiveness of your sins before you have communion and partake
of the bread and the cup.
Luke 22:19. And He took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it,
and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for
you: this do in remembrance of me. 20. Likewise also the cup
after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood,
which is shed for you.
E) Tell others about Jesus as your God and what he has done for
you.
Matthew 10:32. "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men,
him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. 33.
"But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before
My Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 5:14. "You are the light of the world. A city that is set
on a hill cannot be hidden. 15. "Nor do they light a lamp and
put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all
who are in the house. 16. "Let your light so shine before men,
that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in
heaven.
F) Once saved by your faith in Jesus you must resist the temptations
of evil: beware of the teachings of men; study in the Bible
everything taught to you by men to see if it be true. Eventually your
learning will probably lead you out of the churches as your knowledge
of the Word will surpass anything being taught to you by man. The
Holy Spirit will eventually teach you pure truth if you earnestly desire
and pray for it and dedicate yourself to know the Word as you spend
countless hours getting to know your heavenly Father.
John 14:26. "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father
will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to
your remembrance all things that I said to you.
1 Corinthians 2:13. These things we also speak, not in words
which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches,
comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14. But the natural
man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are
foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are
spiritually discerned.
Acts 17:10. And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and
Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the
synagogue of the Jews. 11. These were more noble than those
in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness
of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things
were so.
Matthew 26:41. "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation.
The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.''
2 Peter 2:1. But there were also false prophets among the
people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will

secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord

who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.
Matthew 7:15. "Beware of the false teachers - men who come to
you in sheep's fleeces, but beneath that disguise they are
ravenous wolves. 16. By their fruits you will easily recognize
them. Are grapes gathered from thorns or figs from brambles?
They will openly disobey Jesus commandments and the Word of
Truth with the traditions and doctrines of men.
Acts 20:29. I know full well that false teachers, like vicious
wolves, will come in among you after I leave, not sparing the
flock. 30. Even some of you will distort the truth in order to
draw a following.
2 Timothy 3:13. In fact, evil men and false teachers will become
worse and worse, deceiving many, they themselves having been
deceived by Satan.
G) Be content and know that despite trials and tribulations in this
world which will inevitably come, your great hope is in Jesus and the
resurrection of the body to a glorious, infinite future with God in
heaven along with all those who put their trust in Him!
John 16:33. "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you
may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of
good cheer, I have overcome the world.''
Romans 5:3. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations,
knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4. and
perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5. Now hope
does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured
out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
1 Peter 4:12. Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the
fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing
happened to you; 13. but rejoice to the extent that you partake
of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may
also be glad with exceeding joy. 14. If you are reproached for

the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of
God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your
part He is glorified.
H) Pray daily for all things according to his will. Read the Bible daily
to know what his will is for you. I attempt to pray the Lords prayer
every single day of my life.
Matthew 6:9. "In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in
heaven, Holy is Your name. 10. Your kingdom come. Your will
be done on earth as it is in heaven. 11. Give us this day our
daily bread. 12. And forgive us our sins, As we forgive those
who sinned against us. 13. And do not lead us into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one. for Yours is the kingdom and the
power and the glory forever. Amen.
Luke 21:36. "Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be
counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass,
and to stand before the Son of Man.''
I) Overcome the world of Satan and you will be among the victorious
saints who shall be priest and kings of God the Father on earth and
then live in heavenly New Jerusalem for eternity.
Revelation 5:8. Now when He had taken the scroll, the four
living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the
Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense,
which are the prayers of the saints. 9. And they sang a new
song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its
seals; for You were slain, and have redeemed us to God by Your
blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, 10.
and have made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall
reign on the earth.''
Revelation 3:5. "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white
garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life;
but I will confess his name before My Father and before His
angels.
Revelation 21:1. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for

the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there
was no more sea. 2. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New
Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a
bride adorned for her husband. 3. And I heard a loud voice from
heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and
He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God
Himself will be with them and be their God. 4. "And God will
wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more
death, nor sorrow, nor crying; and there shall be no more pain,
for the former things have passed away.'' 5. Then He who sat
on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new.'' And He said
to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful.'' 6. And He
said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the
Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of
life freely to him who thirsts. 7. "He who overcomes shall
inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.
Amen, see you in New Jerusalem !
