certain to the employees on this organization.
Then I have assumed a dangerous analysis of the branch. This chapter will also tell the bookworm
about the recital of organization.

3.2 Brief History of the Organization

MCB originated by ISFHANI and ADAMJEE families in Calcutta in July 9, 1947. MCB is not an
instant achievement story rather good path of services are accountable for the leaps and limits
progress. After the divider of the Indo-Pak Subcontinent, the bank enthused to Dhaka from where it
began business on August 1948. In 1956, the Bank transferred its Registered office to Karachi,
where the Head Office is currently situated. Thus, the bank inherits a 52-year legacy of trust on its
customers and the citizens of Pakistan.
The presentation of MCB was seriously refined by official government. on January 1974, MCB
nationalized by Bhutto Government following bank act 1974 subsequently on June 1974 Premier
Bank Limited merged with MCB.

Privatization of MCB Bank

When denationalization policy publicized in 1990, MCB was the first to be transferred upon
references of World Bank and IMF. The reason for this choice the better profitability condition of
the organization and less risky credit selection which made'' it a good choice for investors. On April
8th, 1991, the organization control was handed done to National Group (the highest bidders).
Primarily only 26% of stocks were sold to private sector at Rs. 56 per share.
MCB also being money financial organization have reduced priceless services in the economics and
social growths of our country. MCB today, indicates a bank that has mature with time, experience
and Pakistan. A main financial organization, on scope and size, it represents a mature tree.
Timeless, Solid, and decisively rooted.

6 Chapter No. 6
6.1 RECOMMENDATIONS

Next are some suggestions for Muslim Commercial Bank, Ltd.

6.1.1 ADVERTISING:

Bank must let possible customers know that all magnetisms for banking be. This is
done by publicity in television and obtaining media coverage, in combination with
direct mail, window displays, leaflet on twigs and on appropriate other locations
(such as hotels, shops, etc.) and counting leaflets on statement of versions sent to
existing customers on the hope that they will tell likely customers about the services
providing by our bank.

Some individual sector customers favor not to come to branch. They progressively
poverty to deal with the bank on other ways, such as home investment or use of
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), which need to be at each branch or some vital
shopping plazas and airports etc.

6.1.3 INCREASED SERVICES:

One way to recall the customers is to proposal a wide range of amenities such as tax
advice, free life cover equivalent to amount dropped, shares group management,
fund supervision talent, etc., complimentary to the core services. Banks must have a
slightly different mix of services and mean of if these such that clienteles can choose
the mix that outfits them best.

free break times instead of making them work on this time as well.

The bank should rental banking specialists having knowledge in their own fields

6.1.8 JOB ROTATION AND PROMOTIONS:

Most of the bank staffs, are stabbing to one seat only with the result that they
develop chief of one particular job and lose their grip in other banking operation. On
my opinion all the employees should have steady job experience all out-look towards
banking. The promotion strategy should be adjusted
