In Diagram I, a sphere is placed in a hollow right circular cone for which the centre
C of the circular base of the cone is the same as that of the sphere.
The hollow part of the cone is fully filled with liquid.
The diameter AB of the circular base of the cone is 14 cm and its height VC is
24 cm.
(a) Find the length of the slant edge VA.
