Discussion
For this experiment, we have detected the errors that can affect the data
that we got. The error that we detect was the pinned and finned plate didnt
cooled by the air velocity but may cooled by the air condition in the lab. It is
because lab temperature in the lab is below the room tmeperature that is
less than 26. The other error is, when we want to take data like data for the
temperature, the value of the data is not so constant and because of that it
can affect the result of the experiment.
CONCLUSIONS
The conclusion for this experiment is we can see that the finned plate is
more easily transfer heat than the pinned because of the area of that two
samples. The finned has the larger area from the pinned and because of that
the pinned plate easily to reduce the temperature than the finned plate.
From the graph also we can conclude that the increasing air velocity will
reduce the temperature from the surface area. Because of that the graph is
reduce from starting until the end of the experiment. The error from the
experiment can be reduce if this experiment do not do in a room that has no
air condition. Thus, the data will be more accurate.
