Executive Summary:
Traditionally, the Indian pharmaceutical industry has been characterized by
a core competency in generics manufacturing and relatively immature capabilities
in R&D. This outlook has evolved substantially since the 1990s and Indian
companies have been making investments towards expanding drug discovery and
development capabilities.
The acceptance of patent laws and the rise of contract manufacturing have
led to the diversification of revenue streams, enabling Indian pharma companies to
experience high market growth.
My study emphasizes on evaluation on selling of pharmaceutical products
effectiveness. Evaluation of our & our competitors pharmaceutical products selling
effectiveness is the most phase in not only assessing the quality of selling our
pharmaceutical products in Indian pharmaceutical industry imparted but also to see
what future changes in selling plan should be made to make it more effective. The
target sample chosen for this study was 130 medical shops from different areas of
the Jaipur city.
In this survey. Almost all the respondents provided their full cooperation and
participated enthusiastically. A questionnaire was administered and their responses
were tallied.
The results of the study suggest that method of evaluating the selling- The
medicine market survey can show visible and effective results and that, depending
upon the nature of the medicine marker survey; participants could be helped to
improve upon existing qualities and develop new qualities.
The study has helped me in developing my skills and in increasing my knowledge
about working in field. It helped me in improving my communication skills and the
intricacies of interpersonal interactions.
The study also provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of survey
programmers conducted in the Jaipur city which is beneficial to the organization in
making new and more effective market survey plans.
