Introduction
Majority of the poor people in the under-developed countries cannot afford to pay the
hospital and doctor fees and also cannot afford to pay the expensive medication.
As a result of this financial problem, majority of the poor people who are sick suffer
physically until they die.
We believe that GOD as created everything in the nature for healing of all kinds of
diseases.

I wish to tell you that soon there will be no more work done in
ministerial lines but medial missionary work.
Counsels on Health P. 533
The minister will often be called upon to act the part of a physician. He
should have a training that will enable him to administer the simpler
remedies for the relief suffering.
Medical Ministry. P. 238.
This house to house labour, searching for souls, hunting for the lost
sheep, is the most essential work that can be done.
Evangelism, P. 110
Every gospel worker should feel that the giving of instruction in the
principles of healthful living is a part of this appointed work.
Ministry of Healing P. 146.

Years of clinical use have shown that these simple tests make
one thing perfectly clear. Many individuals have health issues
which have an under lying nutritional cause.
After evaluating your test results you should take whatever
corrective course of action that you think is best and most
appropriate for your situation. Take the area that is most
unbalanced and concentrate on bringing it into balance.
Some alternative courses of action might be.
1. Change your diet to provide your body with proper nutrients.
2. Increase or change the herbal supplements that you take to
address the specific needs shown by the tests.
3. Change your life style to a healthier regimen.
4. Visit a health food store or herb shop with your results.
5. Share your test results with an alternative healthcare
specialist.
6. Consult with a traditional healthcare specialist about your
results.
Whatever path you choose, it will be very important to re-test
yourself again every two weeks for at least a six or eight week
period.

TEST 3 IMMEDIATE STANDING PULSE RATE
Usually the pulse rate between resting and standing does not
rise more than 8 beats per minute.
If it goes up more than 8 beats, it could mean electrolytes stress
or insufficiency.
If the pulse rate goes up more than 8 beats and the subjects
blood pressure is on the high side, it could be due to a variety of
causes.
If the subject has low blood pressure and the pulse rate went up
over 8 beats, the subjects kidneys are probable having a hard
time retaining electrolytes.

AIR
Breathe Your way to better Health
All body cells love oxygen. Every cell in our body must breathe to
stay alive. Improper breathing results in less oxygen for transport
to the body cells. Abdominal breathing is the most important type
of breathing. The abdomen bulges with every breath you take the
abdomen retracts when you exhale. Daytime air is also
important. In the daytime we may work indoors in air tight
buildings. Purifying the air with ionization takes out large
particles and ozane eliminates toxins and gives you more oxygen
environment. Add fresh air at night. Bedroom ventilation is most
important windows should be open a night during most of the
year. Open the bathroom window for indirect ventilation and
breathe your away to better health.
REST

TRUST IN GOD
The Promise Of Spring.
God wants your well, He said Beloved I wish above all thins that you
will prosper and good health
Trust in god means that we will have the faith in the lord. We will love
god with all out heart, mind, soul and strength and love others as
Jesus loves us. Your body is the temple of the holy spirit, the spirit will
guide you, protect, and comfort you. If we live according to the word
and eat things that are nutritious and avoid toxins our health will
improve. Jesus helps us trust is him when we trust god our bodies are
more relaxed we are putting out endorphins which helps us feel good
and give us better health. Trust in god gives you favor with god and
man. This is the promise of Spring.
These biblical principles are applicable today. it is true that there are
persons with ill-balanced minds who imagine themselves to be very
religious and who impose upon themselves fasting and prayer to the
injury of their health. These souls suffer themselves to be deceived.
God has not required this of them.. they trust to their own works for
salvation and are seeking to buy heaven by meritorious works of their
own instead of relying, as every sinner should, alone upon the merits
of a crucified and risen Saviour.
Both physical and spiritual benefits accompany the true fast. Then
shall thy light break forth as the morning and thine health shall spring
forth speedly: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of
the lord shall be thy reward ( protection ) ( Isaiah 58:8)
Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer, thou shalt cry, and he
shall say, Here I am ( Isaiah 58:9). The outward signs of fasting and
prayer, without a broken and contrite spirit, are of no value in Gods
sight. The inward work of grace is needed. Humiliation of soul is
essential He ( God) will graciously receive those who will humble
their hearts before Him. He will hear their petitions and heal their
backslidings.
Fasting for one or two meals per week ( or two to three days per
month) can be safely recommended. Exceptions to prolonged fasting
include pregnant and breast feeding mothers as well as those who are
seriously ill or undernourished.
When Gods law was to be proclaimed at Mount Sinai, His people were
given two days to prepare for the event. Their person and their
clothing must be freed from impurity. And as Moses should point out
their sins, they were to devote themselves to humiliation, fasting, and
prayer, that their hearts might be cleansed from iniquity.
On the day of Atonement the Israelites were to afflict their souls and
do not work ( Leviticus 23:27-32). This was the most sacred day of the
yearly sanctuary service. The whole ceremony was designed to
impress the Israelites with the holiness of god and his abhorrence of
sin Every man was required to afflict his soul while this work of
atonement was going forward. All business was to be laid aside, and
the whole congregation of Israel were to spend the day in solemn
humiliation before God, with prayer, fasting and deep searching og
heart.
With Christ as with the holy pair in Eden, appetite was the ground of
the first great temptation As by the indulgence of appetite Adam fell,
so by the denial of appetite Christ must overcome From the time of
Adam to that of Christ, Self-indulgence had increased the power of the
appetites and passions, until they had almost unlimited control. Thus
men had become debased and diseased, and of themselves it was
impossible for them to overcome. In mans behalf, Christ conquered by
enduring the severest test.
Anyone Can Overcome
That long fast in the wilderness was to be a lesson
to fallen man for all time. Christ was not overcome
by the strong temptations of the enemy, and this is
encouragement for every soul who is struggling
against temptations. Christ has made it possible for
every member of the human family to resist temptation.
The death of james caused great grief and consternation among the
believers. When peter also was imprisoned, the entire church engaged
in fasting and prayer. While peters execution was delayed until after
the Passover, the church prayed without ceasing for peter ( Acts 12:5).
Peters miraculous deliverance was Gods answer to their prayers.

SPIRULINA
INTRODUCTION
We are undergoing a health revolution. People all over the world are
increasingly becoming more conscious about their own health and the
responsibility to maintain it. With this increased consciousness, the
demand for natural foods, herbal medicines and nutraceuticals is
growing dramatically. One of these is a superfood called Spirulina
This first photosynthetic life form, our immortal ancestor, was
designed by nature 3.5 billion years ago. This unicellular blue-green
algae produced the oxygen our atmosphere thus allowing higher life
forms to evolve. It has renewed itself with billions of years of
successful evolutionary wisdom coded in its DNA. Although mankind
has consumed it for centuries, it was only rediscovered by scientists
30 years ago.
SPIRULINA belongs to the plant food group. It is blue-green colour
comes from two pigments, phycoyanin and chlorophyll. These tiny
spiral coils thrive in a high alkaline medium and harvests the energy
of the sun to supply a treasure of bio available nutrients beneficial to
the human body.
Spirulina is often described as a Super Food, as it contains the most
remarkable concentration of nutrients known in any food, plant, grain
or herb. It is the highest protein food contains over 60 % of digestible
vegetable protein. It also has the highest concentrations of BetaCarotene, Vitamin B12, Iron, Trace elements and the rare essential
Fatty Acid GLA these make spirulina a great whole food and an
effective alternative to isolated Vitamins and minerals.
Millions Of People worldwide consume spirulina for the qualitative
improvement of their health. Current world production of spirulina for
human consumption is more than one thousand metric tons annually.
The United States leads world production followed by Thailand, India
and China. More countries are planning production as they realize it is
a valuable strategic resource.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS OF SPIRULINA
Being a super Food, spirulina contains all the dietary components in
optimum proportion to nourish our growth and development. At the
same time, it helps to keep our body in a perfect state of balance. The
dietary composition and active ingredients of Spirulina are as follows:

Sprouting Seeds
Almost any whole seed is capable of being sprouted. Sprouts are often
produced from grains such as wheat barley, maize corn and oats, and
legumes such as soy beans, lima beans alfalfa, peas, chick peas,
lentils fenugreek and navy bean.
The history of sprouting seeds in the west is interesting because
they have been discovered several times during the last few centuries.
In the East, Sprouts have been an important part of the diet for about
5,000 years.
In the eighteenth century, scurvy was the scourge of every ship.
It was caused by the lack of vitamin C which is found mainly in fresh
fruit and vegetable. Twenty years before the introduction of the lime or
lemon to prevent scurvy on ships, captain James Cook became
interested in sprouting barley grains as a source of Vitamin C. He had
read a treatise on sea scurvy by Dr. David MacBride in 1767 which
contained a recipe for a wort or drink made from sprouting barley
seeds. Captain Cook had the wort prepared punctiliously on board the
Endeavour and during his three year voyage from 1768 to 1771 not a
single man was lost through scurvy. This was at a time when some
vessels lost half of their crew from scurvy on long voyages. Although
captain Cook was awarded a royal Society Medal for this experiment ,
the British Government did not make use of the knowledge. Instead it
introduced the more expensive lemon cure scurvy.
In the twentieth century, scientific research has proved that
certain sprouts contain six times more vitamin C than the same
amount of citrus fruit.
During the second World War both the British and U.S.
Governments recommended sprouted seeds as a valuable sources of
protein. In the USA a nationwide campaign was mounted to teach
people how to sprout grains themselves.
Nutritional Content
The accurate value of the sprout does vary with the species of
seed, but all of them are especially rich in vitamins C and several of
the B complex group. They also contain a high level of protein and
amino acids. Some sprouts are good sources of the vitamins e, G, K,
grain sprouts it should be eaten when less than 1 inch long. Some
authorities advise eating sprouting grain when the shoot is no longer
than the seed itself. This is because the germinating grain weaves
itself into a thick thatch.
Fenugreek Sprouts contain about 25% protein and large
amounts of choline. They are rich in vitamins A & D as well as also a
good source of iron. Fenugreek has been used in medicine and healing
for thousands of years. It has quite a spicy flavor and is best eaten
when the sprouts are 1 inch long. Do not cook for more than three
or four minutes as the sprouts become bitter with overcooking.
Lentil Sprouts - contain 25% and large amounts of vitamin C, and
a good range of the B complex group except for folic acid. They are
easy to sprout and have a slightly nutty flavor. Eat when the sprout is
inch long. Never use split lentils for sprouting.
Mung Bean Sprouts - are often sold in shops as Chinese bean
sprouts. The mung sprouts contains 37% protein and is a rich source
of a wide variety of B vitamins. Vitamins B1 goes on doubling in
content each day until the fourth day when its stops gaining any more
nutritional value. Mung sprouts are a very rich source of vitamin C and
they contain also a good range of available amino acids. Eat them
when the shoot is between 2-3 inches long.
Pea sprouts - are a rich source of the vitamin B complex group,
particularly B1, which reaches its peak after two days sprouting. They
are reasonable source of vitamin C and have a good selection of amino
acids.
Triticale Sprouts - are a cross between wheat and rye, with the
protein level better than wheat and level of amino acids higher.
Triticale sprouts contain 19 amino and a good amount of vitamins B, C,
D, E, and f. They are 30% protein and a source of natural fiber.
Soy Bean Sprouts - They soy bean is a complete protein and of
outstanding nutritional value. The sprout contains the wide range of
vitamins and minerals in the bean, plus, of course, vitamin C which it
manufactures itself. They soy bean sprout is a good source of the B
complex group, in particular B1, B2 & B6. It is vitamins C & E and
contains U & K. There are excellent amounts of iron, calcium, plus
potassium, phosphorus and zinc.
There are many types of soy beans and all may be sprouted. The
green soy bean developed in the USA is excellent as a sprouting seed.
The Chinese use blue, black and white soy beans. The most familiar
variety on sale is the small, yellowish bean which sprouts well.
Soy beans need much rinsing than the average sprouting seed.
Some advise rinsing six times a day and it is perhaps advisable to gain
sprouting experience first on the mung bean.
Always use whole seed. Split peas, cracked wheat and hunsked
will not sprout.
Light or Dark ?
Many books advise keeping the sprouting seeds in the dark
during the beginning stages, and although this not necessary, they do
sprout more quickly. Once they begin too grow their leaves, the light is
important for the production of the beneficial chlorophyll. Seeds
sprouted in darkness have more vitamin B2 and are of a white color.
One advantage of sprouting seeds in the light is that it is then possible
to keep the jar in sight in the kitchen. This makes it much easier to
remember to rinse the seeds several times a day.
A common cause of failure is insufficient rinsing of draining. If
any water is left standing in the container, the seeds will go moldy and
have an unpleasant odor.
HOW TO COOK SPROUTS
Steaming or stir frying preserve the vitamins and minerals
present in the sprout and generally tastes better than boiling. The
Chinese traditionally use a work, but a heavy frying pan or skillet will
do just as well.
Finely chop the vegetables to be cooked with the sprouts. Put
one tablespoon of oil in the skillet and heat gently and be carefully no
to boil. Slowly add the vegetables, stirring all the time. Sprouts should
be added during the last two or three minutes of cooking. Stir all the
time a large spoon and just before serving add spy sauce or flavorings.
Rules of Thumb
Soak overnight or longer according to the size of the seed. The larger
the seed the longer the soaking.
Distilled water is preferable to tap water. Tap water kills too many
germs in seeds.
Always use 2 to 3 parts water for 1 part seed.
Wheat and triticale as well as rye do well in 24 hours soak. For
growing grasses, Buckwheat with hulls and sunflowers seeds with
hulls, soak 24 hours.

NATURAL ANTI-BIOTIC
Simplified Parasite & infections

Killing Parasites
All parasites in the organs and tissues need to be killed by zapping
with an Harmonic quad for 3 minutes. Zapping is much more effective
for killing parasites in the skin, blood and inside body cavities such as
ear canals. Sinuses and the vagina when the host is totally enclosed in
a reflective blanket. All parasites need herbal combinations to kill
them inside the digestive tract. If you know how to muscle test, test to
see which herbal products are needed. If you dont take all the herbal
products listed for the type of parasite you are trying to kill. All
Parathyroid, take Parathy for under-active or Parathymin for overactive as chosen by MT.
OXYGEN / OZONE
THERAPY
BANGALORE INDIA
EMAIL :
naturalmission@hotmail.com
This is one reason why so many people get tired after eating. Eating is
supposed to supply the body with more energy, not less. But when the
body has to divert its precious oxygen reserves away from its primary
metabolic functions to help digest a load of high calorie, oxygendeficient foods,
Heres why : One way in which the body combats excess acidity is by
trying to neutralize it with oxygen. To do so, it must conticually divert
away from its primary metabolic functions and direct it to the acidic
cells and acidic tissue throughout the body, instead. In essence, this
leaves the bodys metabolism functioning constantly in low geat
which in turn reduces to bodys ability to dispose of excess wastes
and toxins.
But today, most people have nowhere near the dissolved content
needed by their bodies to consistently win the battle against
infectious organisms. This is due largely to oxygen-depleting diets and
oxygen-depleted air, as well as the other conditions mentioned earlier
in this report. When your body becomes oxygen-depleted, anaerobic
disease-causing microorganisms move in and have a field day. They
literally multiply by the billions. The high oxygen content of your boxy
oxidizes them along with their diseases causing by-products. The
partial pressure of oxygen in normal blood should be somewhere nea
98%.
When the human boxy is oxygen deficient, vital nutrients are not
oxidized effectively. In essence, they pass right through the human
system. Unable to give the body the fuel it needs to run at maximum
efficiency.
You will need to understand how and why the human body has become
so oxygen deficient, that how this serious situation has helped trigger
the tidal wave of illness and disease that mankind is now
experiencing.
There are many ways people become oxygen deficient, and that over
time, each way leads directly to illness and disease. Most people
suffer from a knock-out combination of the leading causes of oxygendeficiency, without ever realizing the likely underlying cause of their
chronic ill-health symptoms.
Our civilizations combined technologies consume nearly twenty times
the amount of oxygen that would normally be extracted by six billion
breathing humans. Combustion of carbon and hydrocarbon fuels binds
up tremendous amounts of formerly free oxygen into carbon dioxide (
Co2), and incomplete combustions ties up still more into carbon
monoxide ( CO), which itself grabs onto additional oxygen to become
more stable as Co2 At the same time, the planets oxygen producing
forests have shrunk to the smallest size in recorded history, so now far
less oxygen is being released back into the air, and less CO is being
absorbed and broken down The result is that the oxygen percentage
at peak levels is low.
This means, that the intake of supplement super oxygen can give your
body the ability to exact far more energy and healing power than ever
before from the foods you ear and from any therapeutic supplements
or nutrients you may be taking. In a sense, it helps put a fire in the
furnace that can turn your body into a lean, mean, energy-producing
machine. Super oxygen is electrified oxygen.
The bodys ability to metabolize vitamins, minerals and other nutrients
is greatly facilitated by added super oxygen. It enhances the up take
of vitamins, minerals and amino acids from natural food sources as
well as from daily supplementation. Super oxygen has also been
shown to aid in our overall recovery process. In studies, performed
here and overseas, it has notably delayed the onset of oxygen debt
during heavy weight training. It also helps speed up, recovery, boost
energy levels, and helps to detoxify the blood.
TRI-ATOMIC OXYGEN
As you can clearly see, four of these vital elements of life have at least
one thing in common-OXYGEN! It almost goes without saying then,
that the makeup of the human body is largely composed of oxygen
after you factor in the human body being about four-fifths water, with
water itself being at least 33% oxygen.
Oxygen then, is a major player in the game called life. And being such,
it is no wonder that scientists are now discovering the fact that low
levels of oxygen in the human body can ruthlessly disrupt the bodys
ability to function correctly severely cripple the immune system
open the floodgates of illness and disease and bring on premature
aging. If deficiencies of less oxygen cripple the immune system, open
the gates of illness and disease and bring on premature aging.
If deficiencies of less vital elements such as vitamins, minerals and
enzymes can rod the human body of its health and vitality, how much
more damage must from a deficiency of oxygen, the element
universally acknowledged to be the most vital of life?
Tri-Atomic oxygen can help give body the added oxygen it needs to
achieve and maintain peak brain function consistent mental clarity
and proper nervous system response. High oxygen concentrations are
the undisputed key to achieving consistently superior function in these
three areas.
Tri-Atomic oxygen is helpful in such a myriad of ways besides its
obvious anti-bacterial / viral / fungal properties. You can imagine how
beneficial this is for anyone traveling to third world countries where
giardia is a real problem. Tri-Atomic oxygens uses in clinical practice
offer a new tools to the practitioner wanting to accelerate the results
of herbal vitamin, enzyme and mineral supplements.

SPIRULINA
INTRODUCTION
We are undergoing a health revolution. People all over the world are
increasingly becoming more conscious about their own health and
the responsibility to maintain it. With this increased consciousness,
the demand for natural foods, herbal medicines and nutraceuticals
is growing dramatically. One of these is a
superfood called
Spirulina
This first photosynthetic life form, our immortal ancestor, was
designed by nature 3.5 billion years ago. This unicellular blue-green
algae produced the oxygen our atmosphere thus allowing higher life
forms to evolve. It has renewed itself with billions of years of
successful evolutionary wisdom coded in its DNA. Although
mankind has consumed it for centuries, it was only rediscovered by
scientists 30 years ago.
SPIRULINA belongs to the plant food group. It is blue-green colour
comes from two pigments, phycoyanin and chlorophyll. These tiny
spiral coils thrive in a high alkaline medium and harvests the
energy of the sun to supply a treasure of bio available nutrients
beneficial to the human body.
Spirulina is often described as a Super Food, as it contains the most
remarkable concentration of nutrients known in any food, plant,
grain or herb. It is the highest protein food contains over 60 % of
digestible vegetable protein. It also has the highest concentrations
of Beta- Carotene, Vitamin B12, Iron, Trace elements and the rare
essential Fatty Acid GLA these make spirulina a great whole food
and an effective alternative to isolated Vitamins and minerals.
Millions Of People worldwide consume spirulina for the qualitative
improvement of their health. Current world production of spirulina
for human consumption is more than one thousand metric tons
annually. The United States leads world production followed by
VITAMIN B12
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS OF SPIRULINA
Being a super Food, spirulina contains all the dietary components in
optimum proportion to nourish our growth and development. At the
same time, it helps to keep our body in a perfect state of balance.
The dietary composition and active ingredients of Spirulina are as
follows:
PROTIENS:
( 60% - 65%)
CARBO HYDRATES:
(15%)
FATS:
( 5% - 8%)
VITAMINS :

JUICING
The best juices to use are the green star or the champion.
Hallelujah acres website ( www.hacres.com) has information
regarding studies done in both if these juicers.
Drinking juice without the fiber allow the juice to go directly to the
cellular level within minutes, with no digestion required. Have juice
on an empty stomach.
Apple is the only fruit you can mix with vegetables juices.
See the chapter on juicing in the recipes for life cookbook for
further information. Check chapter 17 for juice recipes.
We have vegetable soup stock and Rhondas No Oil dressing to
share. We are sharing these recipes because they are listed as
ingredients for many other recipes found in the recipes for life
cookbook. Keep both on hand to use when you heed them. They are
followed by several recipes that you will need these two basis for
enjoy!
Chop all vegetables into 1-inch pieces. Place in stock pot with
seasoning and steam sauce until slightly tender. ( to steam saut,
add 1-1 cups of distilled water, cover, and cook over medium heat

To dehydrate your granola, rather than baking it. Grind pumpkin and
sunflower seeds to a finer texture. In a large bowl combine with all
of the other dry ingredients in a separate bowl combine the wet
ingredients. Combine and mix well. Place on solid dehydrator
sheets and dehydrate until dry.
OR, spread evenly on a non-stick cookies sheet. Bake 20 min
in a preheated 250 degree oven, stir and continue to bake another
20 minutes, stirring periodically to prevent burning. The granola
should be lightly browned. Remove from oven and serve warm or
cool thoroughly and store in a tightly sealed container or plastic
bas. Option: After granola has cooled, add organic raisins or other
organic unsulphured dried fruits. Serve with ice, banana or almond
milk.
