The proposed project of extending the current cardio products portfolio has duration

of 65 business days.
The most challenging and most time consuming part of the project was the
marketing research since it required a detailed market survey from around the
country and from specialized cardio doctors (see fig.1).

Fig. 1
Within this period of time we collected opinions and surveys about the peoples
needs for a new cardio product that has not only to suffice their needs but also
exceed them.
Based on this milestone we managed to give birth to our own product based on
customers needs having a competitive advantage.
From research to production was a small step. We managed in 16 days to get the
package artwork, pill size, number of pill in a package done and the pill to be
approved by CNAS(see fig. 2).

Although its a short period of time the job was challenging considering the strong
competition and the finicky way of being of the Romanian customer.
The next logical step to take was to bring the magic pill into country.
We decided on choosing the most suitable supplier for the job and proceeded on
signing on the legal agreements. We had to appeal to an insurance company so we
can transport safely our products into the country.
After we got ourselves hands on the product, we had to establish the next shipping
orders and sign the legal contracts for the delivery terms.
Now we have to take into consideration the large amount of pills that well be
brought into country.
We had to take care of the storage problem. We established that the new upcoming
waves of pills should only be stored for 1 day for their quality control check then
sent to hospitals or pharmacies through our distributors (see fig.3).

The second most time and resource consuming job was to establish the price quota.
Since we are working with local WHS subsidiaries and Pharmacies Chains tend to
establish their price, we had to come with a competitive price package.
The toughest mission was to negotiate with pharmacies chains representatives to
display our product within the upcoming period in their shops we can develop our
retail performance (see fig. 4).

After finishing all the planned steps the project was a success, all the deadlines
were met and we managed to implement the project without any issues.
