integrated manufacturing facilities for Yarns, Shirtings and bottom wear fabric and Denim.
They have installed state of art machines in various departments and have 120 High Speed
Air jet, Projectile and Rapier looms for Denim production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Involved in post go live support activities.

Provide 1st level service desk support onsite.

Responsible to resolve maintenance requests.


Tracking the tickets that arise from the end users, giving solutions based on severity

basis.
Handling Tickets through Mails support.
Analyzing the errors, searching for causes of errors, provided corrective solutions.
Responsible for any enhancements, if required.

based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with refining capacity of 4000 tons per day and distillery

capacity of 600 Kilolitre per day.It has 21% market share in India's fuel ethanol market and
has an aggressive growth plan of increasing its ethanol production capacity to 900
Kilolitreper day. It also accounts for 20% of India's international sugar trade.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Involved from blue print phase to go-live and support phase of the project.
Implementation of the customer order management processes, pricing procedures, and
billing with integration to the FI and MM modules.
Configured order to cash (OTC) process flow.
Configured components related to Sales Orders: Sales document types, Item categories,
Schedule Line Categories, Document flow, Copying controls, Contracts and scheduling
agreements, Incompletion logs.
Interacted with ABAP team members and providing them with required input for
developing user exist.
Maintained copying control from Sales / Delivery / Billing documents for consignment
and third party.
Customized output determination for sales document, Deliveries and Billing documents.
Work on Pricing Procedure (Configuration of Condition table, Access sequence, Condition
