PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING DSU SCHOLARSHIP

1. Documents Needed for Applying DSU Scholarship

For applying DSU Scholarship following documents are needed.
1. Family Income Certificate in English +Italian Translation
2. Family Members Certificate in English +Italian Translation (OR) Ration Card
3. Rental Agreement in English +Italian Translation (Provide this certificate If you
are not showing any property or To reduce the Annual income in ISSUE
certificate)
4. Polimi Admission Letter.

Prepare all these documents and wait for new notification for DSU scholarship.

All this documents both in English and Italian translated should be mailed to the
following mail Id (servizifiscali@aclimilano.com) in the following format.
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is xxxxxx . I am a foreign student admitted to Politecnico di Milano with
(Person Code: ******** and Identification No: ******). I request an ISEEU as per
requirement of Politecnico di Milano. I have attached the scanned copies of the certificates and
their Italian translations required for the ISEEU. The scanned documents attached with this
email are following:

1) Family Income Certificate in English +Italian Translation

2) Family Members Certificate in English +Italian Translation
3) Rental Agreement in English +Italian Translation
4) Polimi Admission Letter
Please issue me an ISEEU based on these documents. I will be very thankful to you.

NOTE: Annual income should not exceed more than 5000 Euros.

2. Procedure for September Intake

Once getting the admission in Polimi, University provides credentials
(personcode, Passsword) to the admitted student. Using that every student can
able to login in polimi website (http://www.polimi.it/) and can find the
application form for applying DSU and the status of your DSU application.
STEPS to find the DSU application form.
Enter www.polimi.it and change the language to English.
Find ONLINE SERVICES on right side of the page and Click on Online
Services. Fill your person code & password. Click Sign in.
On the right side of the page find Benefits and Agreements click on it and
find Application form DSU benefits
Here you are able to find Bondo Diritto allo Studio 20%% - 20%%.
There you can find the Personal Details, Bank Details(can be filled after
opening the bank account in Italy), Income data(Your Annual income will be
sent by CAFF office), Profile Selection(students applying for first time
should select First year master of science), Service selection (Select the
Scholarship and Accommodation & Preferred Hall should be selected
according to your requirement), Nuclear Family(select yes or no by reading
it carefully), Accommodation situation(read carefully and fill it), Career
Subsequent years(Fill all compulsory fields), Other Financial Aid(Select No
options on compulsory fields).
Finally once again check all the details you filled and submit the application.
