destination and will have to pay for them. (From TAN TAN
Airport to Akhfenir hotel, from the Akhfenir hotel to the
Akhfenir Wind farm and back, from Akhfenir wind farm to
El Aaiun hotel, from El Aaiun Hotel to the Akhfenir Wind
farm and back, and to the Tanger hotel to the Tanger wind
farm and back )

*The customer will pay for every taxes and expenses applicable/demanded by the Country / States
where the services take place.
*Trip expenditures, travel allowances, and accommodation may be modified depending on flights and
hotels availability at the moment of confirmation and issue of the order on account of the customer.
*The total amount of this offer includes design and development costs of the training media in case of being out of our course catalogue.
*It will be exclusively invoiced by the signatory customer of the current document.
*In case of cancellation or postponement sine die of a course already set in the calendar, the signatory of the current document will have to
pay of the total amount of the purchase order.
*The students will have to come to our training courses provided with work clothes and safety shoes in order to carry out the practical
training.
* In case of using training equipment and materials belonging to the contracting company, this party will guarantee that its equipment and
materials are in perfect condition for their use in accordance with every legal requirement in force, and Tesicnor will be exempt of
responsibility for any damages and/or injuries derived from possible of their failure.
*The contractor, signatory of the current offer and employer of the attending students, assures that these are in good condition for the
ordered training and have the corresponding medical aptitude certification to be in force during the training, according to every applicable
legislation in each case.
*Tesicnor, S.L. reserves the right to record any audio, image and/or video of any training course in order to improve the quality of the
service.
The confirmation of the provision of this service will proceed after that the customer has agreed the terms and sent the purchase order.
Payment conditions: 60 % in advance and the rest of the total amount by bank transfer with a term of 60 days (15 th day)
