I started work with the company and immediately inherited a project management role from the Company Manager, as one of
the projects had incurred severe problems on it and was 4 months behind schedule. The G.C. and the sponsor was going to
remove the company from site. After a long meeting with the D.C. and the sponsor, they agreed that were willing to allow the
company to continue with the project as long as I was running the project on site every day. By the end of the project we had
regained the trust and respect back with the G.C. and the sponsor, the project finished one month behind schedule and the
company did not incur any penalties.
