Dear Associates,
Spring is finally upon us and is certainly
welcomed by all. I want to take some time to wish
James Cusumano a happy retirement! We all wish him
well. With that, we welcome Jerry Scifo, our new Deli
manager. Good Luck you have some big shoes to fill.
Lots of moves, good luck to Mike Aherens,
moving on to Fishkill; Thanks Mike for the hard work
and dedication you gave to the Carmel team. Mike
moves on but we have Jason Badger who returns to
the Grocery manager position. Congratulations to Matt
Demarchi on becoming Dairy Manager; another
promotion from within. Best wishes to Cynthia Zippo
moves on to Ellenville ShopRite; thanks for your help
and guidance. We save the best for last; we welcome
our new Advocate, Nicole Pease. Welcome to the
Carmel Team.

What a month! We had non-perishable inventory,

refresh walk through and the Easter and Passover
holidays. We certainly filled the Calendar and we
delivered. Thank you all for setting a new store sales
record. It took hard work, dedication and teamwork.
