Technical information - Number of screens. Can we enter the number of screens that will
be required to load asset master data.

2. Business needs and requirements

Will the identified load program RAALTD11 perform all the activities listed below in the CDD?
Will data required to create below mentioned things come in one file or multiple files?

Load Fixed Asset Master Data and each depreciation area specific balances at one
shot.
Create Sub-assets if there is child asset exist in legacy system. (Only application for
NAE entity) 1 company AHM AS94 not for AHM ( Sub assets)
Load acquisition in current year.
Load r in current year.

4. Selection Screen details

In the table of contents for initial screen can fields related to asset reference be added as
they are required for the conversion?
Time Dependent tab: - Are only fields marked in Red applicable for conversion? If yes
does table with screen fields need to include all the fields or only those applicable for
conversion
In general are we including only those fields in the table with screen details which are
applicable for conversion?

5. Starting conditions

Include table of contents mentioning what staring method, job timings, required pre and
post process as mentioned in CDD0082 .

7. Business Rules

Please provide the reference of mapping spreadsheet for detail business rules

8. Reconciliation/Reporting SAP
Revise this section with reference to CDD0082 Add reconciliation at extract, transform
and load levels including error handling process.
12 . Extract Logic

Is extraction going to create three different files or just one file?

In the file layout source file can we mention source field type and length

15. Timing

Can we mention other conversion programs execution dependencies for this one ?

17. Data Mapping Matrix

Mapping spreadsheet template is different than what used in other CDDs. Please use the
template used in CDD0082
18. Security/ Authorization Requirements

Additionally can we add table mentioning detailed level tasks, activities and who will
perform those in to this section. Please refer to CDD0082

19. Error Handling

This section needs to contain details for handling errors at data services level and also
during load. Please refer to CDD0082.
Also can the format of the error file be mentioned which is same as input file plus row
count and error message appended at the end
