Proposal for industrial visit

Background:
Change is an inevitable part of life. Technological breakthroughs, new and innovate
information collection techniques have made it imperative to stay ahead of the gameespecially so for people entering in the job market. At the same time, the Nepalese
education system is not appropriate in providing these skills to students. It has been
plagued by age old curricula and traditional teaching methodology. The focus has
been on MCPU are coming up with various alternative mechanisms to fill the gap.

Introduction of MCPU:
Management-student Circle of Purbanchal University (MCPU), registered in 2009, is
a platform of all management students as well as youth for engagement, social service
and entrepreneurship. MCPU a leading student NGO in Purbanchal University
committed in the field of student career development, redefining and strengthen.
MCPU believes on creativity, information sharing, networking, self dependence,
Volunteerism and Youth Participation as valued principles of change and holistic
development. No proper management No Development of nation, because Nation
Building depends upon the well management. For this only traditional teaching
methods and books are not sufficient in this modern time, skills development,
trainings, extra event management and so on are the base of practice and learning to
management students.
Most of Students who are seeking to engage after college time, but due to the lack of
proper information, platform and lack of ideas, they are lacking in visualizing their
own creativity and moreover spending their time in dullness activities. Therefore,
MCPU also gives importance to youth engagement in different research, social
volunteerism and event management.
MCPU directs to achieve the following objectives:

Objective of the field visit

The main objective of the visit is to relate the theoretical knowledge with practical
one. This visit will help us to become familiar with professional experience in real
work environment. Beside this the other part of the objective is

organization

To understand the major functions along with products and services of the
