REAP 2015 Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process

Online applications are invited from eligible applicants of Rajasthan domicile including the wards of
Kashmiri Migrants for the registration in Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2015 for
admission to first year of Undergraduate Programmes leading to Bachelors degree in different
disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in various Govt. aided and Private unaided technical institutions
of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed & Private Universities) for 2015
session.
Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan REAP 2015
Applicant should ensure that he/she is eligible for admission to various Governments aided and private
unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed and
Private Universities) before filling up the REAP-2015 Application Form.
If a non-eligible applicant is admitted due to any reason then the admission of such a applicant will be
cancelled as soon as the mistake is detected even at later stage.
Various eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech./B.E. course shall be as under:
Educational Qualification
The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech/B.E Program in Rajasthan is a pass with at
least 45% marks (40% marks in case of applicants belonging to "SC/ST/Non Creamy Layer OBC/Non
Creamy Layer SBC" of Rajasthan State) in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the
final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other
examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/Central Board of
Secondary Education (CBSE).
Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech./B.E courses shall be
as under:
B.Tech/B.E. (Compulsory Subjects: Physics & Mathematics) (Any One of the Optional Subjects:
Chemistry, Computer Sci., Bio-technology, Biology)
Age Limit: Only those applicants whose date of birth falls on or after 01st Oct. 1990 are eligiblel
however, in the case of SC/ST PwD applicants, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC/ST& PwD
applicants who were born on or after 01st Oct.-1985 are eligible.

Application Form
The applications form for REAP-2015 will be accepted online only. The process of online submission of
application form for REAP-2015 shall be carried out through any of the following websites
www.techedu.rajasthan.gov.in, www.reapadm.com or www.reapadm.org
Applicants must perform following activities while submitting the online application form:
Deposition of Application Form Fees:
Cost of REAP-2015 Application Form is Rs.400/-. Applicants should contact any e-Mitra/CSC kiosk center
authorized by the Govt. of Rajasthan and deposit a sum of Rs.410/- (Rs.400/- against Application form
Fees and Rs.10/- for e-Mitra service charges); this amount is neither refundable nor transferable or
adjustable in future.
The kiosk will generate a 16-digit Token number for the applicant using e-Mitra portal and issue a receipt
containing this Token number. Applicants are advised to keep this receipt safely with them for further use.
In order to activate the online application form for entering the required details, the applicant must enter
his/her token no. in the appropriate column of the application form; the online application form will not
accept entries without his/her Token number.
Filling of Online Application Form
Applicant must read instructions of filling the online application form carefully. The entries of online
application form must be filled as required.
Applicant should ensure that the photo and signature are same as uploaded by the applicant himself.
Applicant must upload all the requisite documents as asked by the web portal.
Printouts of Application form (Hardcopy) must be taken after final submission of online
application Form:
Applicant must take a printout of application form, which will be generated by the web portal after final
submission; hardcopy is to be kept with the applicant himself /herself
The hardcopy of application form is not required to be submitted to the REAP-2015 office
Admission Procedure
Two separate merit Lists will be prepared viz. first based on JEE (Mains) 2015 score (Merit-1) and
secondly based on XII percentile basis (Merit-2). After declaration of REAP-2015 merit, the applicants
desirous to take admission in first year of degree engineering courses will have to fill online option form.
The detailed direction / guidelines and schedule regarding filling of option form will be issued by the
Coordinator, REAP-2015 later on.
The applicant will be allowed to exercise his/her option for allotment of seat from any one of the two merit
lists i.e. either on the basis of JEE Mains score (Merit-1) or Percentile of 10+2 examination (Merit-2).
