leader
Leader

: thank you for the time keeper. Lets start the discussion
now. Definition of dengue fever. Dengue fever (DHF
abbreviated) is an infection caused by the dengue virus.
Mosquitoes or some types of mosquitoes transmit (or
spread) of dengue virus. About 80% of patients (or 8 out
of 10 patients) were infected with dengue virus have no
symptoms, or only mild symptoms (such as the common
fever).
thats all about the definition of dengue fever, now for the
first table topic speaker times yours

First Table Topic Sp

: thanks for the chance that has given to me. My name is

(name). Im here as the first table topic speaker. I would
like to continue the explanation of dengue fever.
Symptoms will appear between 3 and 14 days after a
person is exposed to dengue virus. Often the symptoms
appear after 4 to 7 days. This fever is transmitted by a
mosquito named Aedes Aegepty. When a mosquito bites a

person, the mosquito saliva into the skin of the person. If it

contains dengue mosquito, the virus carried in the saliva.
So that if mosquitoes are biting people, the virus gets into
the skin of the person along with the saliva of mosquitoes.

Dengue fever occurs in three phases: febrile, critical and

recovery. In the febrile phase, a person usually has high
fever. The temp of bodies often reach 40 degrees Celsius
(104 degrees Fahrenheit). Patients also typically suffer
from a common illness or headache. This phase usually
lasts 2 to 7 hari.Pada first day or two, it will look like a
skin rash that is exposed to hot (red). Subsequently (on
day 4 to day 7), the rash will look like measles. Small red
spots (petechiae) may appear on the skin. These spots are
not lost when the skin is pressed. These spots are caused
by broken capillaries. Patients may also experience mild
bleeding of mucous membranes of the mouth and nose.
Fever itself is likely to be stopped (recovered) and then
again for one or two days. However, this pattern varies in
each patient.
Thats all about the symptoms of dengue fever. Now, i
return back the time to the leader.
Leader

: thank you first table topic speaker. Now for the second
explanation will be delieverd by second table topic
speaker. Times yours

Second table topic sp

: thanks for the chance that has given to me. My name is

(name). Im here as the second table topic speaker. I
would like to continue the explanation of dengue fever.
In some patients, the disease progresses to a critical phase
after the fever subsides. The critical phase usually lasts

for up to 2 days. During this phase, fluid can accumulate

in the chest and abdomen. This happens because the
small blood vessels leak. The liquid will be more and
more, then stopped circulating fluid in the body. This
means that the vital organs (most important) did not get
the blood supply as much as usual. Therefore, these
organs are not working normally.
We can prevent the transmission of dengue fever with 3 M
is closed, burying, drain.
close the clean water reservoirs to avoid mosquito Aedes
aegypti mosquito nesting in it because it pleased lodged
in clean water. The addition of abate powder in the
bathtub water pnampungan will be able to help prevent
water from these mosquitoes. Bury cans and empty
containers into the soil so that mosquitoes can not use the
empty places to take place. Bathtub drain at least 1 week
once that these mosquitoes do not nest in the water. Try
to keep the bathtub drain to clean so as not to leave any
dirt.
Thats all about the dengue fever. I return back the time to
the leader.
