The following links are provided for Reporting Authority (BM/HOD) in HRMS Portal
under MSS > Mandatory Learnings >
a. Assignment of Roles
Reporting Authority (BM/HOD) can assign appropriate roles to staff
members reporting to him/ her using this Link.
b. View Status Reporting Authority (BM/HOD)
Reporting Authority (BM/HOD) can see the status of completion of
E-lessons/ E-capsules/ Institutional Trainings/ Certificate Courses/
Outside Trainings/ Workshops/ Seminars and HMM for the staff
members reporting to him/her using this Link.
c. Role based Learnings
Reporting Authority (BM/HOD) can see the various roles defined
under the Mandatory Learning Service and the corresponding
mandatory E-lessons/ E-capsules and Institutional Trainings for the
roles using this link.
d. Reminder Mails
Reporting Authority (BM/HOD) can send reminder mails to staff
members reporting to him/her and not completed mandatory
learnings using this link.

A. Assignment of Roles
a. Reporting Authority/HOD/ BM can assign Roles to staff members reporting to
him/ her using this link.
b. System will first display two options viz., Officers and Clerical to filter the
employees based on Cadre.
c. Select one of the options and click on SUBMIT. The following screen will be
displayed showing pernrs and names of the officials.

d. SEARCH FOR EMPLOYEE facility on the left of the screen can be used to
search for a particular staff member reporting to the concerned Reporting
Authority/ BM/ HOD.
Search may be made based on PERNR or Name of the staff member.
In case there is any discrepancy in the list of reportees shown in the above
screen, contact your Circle HRMS Team/ OAD immediately, for rectification.
On selecting a staff member, system will display all the details about the selected
employee along with Branch details.

Select the appropriate role to be assigned to the employee from the drop-down
list of Roles displayed on the screen
If a required role is not available in the drop-down list, please report the
requirement to support team at ct.sbiicm@sbi.co.in
Click on SUBMIT button to assign the identified role to the selected employee.
A pop-up message will appear displaying the name of the staff member and the
assigned role. If correct, click Yes to assign the role.

Any existing role will be automatically delimited (stopped) , whenever a new role
is assigned to an employee by Reporting Authority/ BM/ HOD.
Note: In case the required role is not available in the list of roles displayed, it
could be due to:

In both the above cases, please report the requirement to support team at
ct.sbiicm@sbi.co.in
Repeat the process for all the officials / employees reporting to you and displayed
in the portal.
Delimit (Stop) an existing Role:
If the Reporting Authority/ BM/ HOD want to delimit (stop) an existing role for an
employee without assigning any new role, select the existing role and click
button.
Role can be assigned or stopped at any time by the Reporting Authority/ BM/ HOD

List of employees based on the selected cadre will be displayed. Search for a
particular employee can be made based on Pernr/ Name of the employee.

On selection of the roles in the assigned roles list, the score board of the learning
(status of completion of various learning activities, subject to data updated by
SBIICM/STU, Hyderabad) will be displayed as shown above.
Also, the type of course may be selected from the drop down to see the details of
completion for the selected learning activity viz., E-Learning, Institutional
Trainings, Certification courses, Outside Trainings/ Workshops and HMM.

Reporting Authority/ BM/ HOD can select any Role from the drop down.
The Mandatory E-lessons/ E-capsules/ Institutional Trainings for the selected role
will be displayed below as shown.
This option will help reporting authority to depute right person for a particular
training.

D. Reminder Mails
Reporting Authority/ BM/ HOD can use this link to auto-generate email to a
selected person notifying details of non-completed mandatory learnings. On
clicking the link screen as shown below is displayed.
Reporting Authority/ BM/ HOD can select one or more staff member by ticking the
boxes against respective persons name. On clicking SEND MAIL button emails
specifying the status relating to incomplete mandatory E-Lessons will be
generated and send to the E-mail address available in HRMS.
