The primary parameters (WBC, RBC, HGB, MCV, PLT and MPV) were measured and reported by HumaCount 30TS correlated well with the Cell-Dyn 3700 results. In most of the cases, slopes of statistical regression were close to 1.
Most of the calculated CBC parameter (HCT, MCH, and PCT) correlation coefficients were around or over
90%.
Granulocytes measured by HumaCount 30TS were correlated with the sum of neutrophils, eosinophils
and basophils reported by Cell-Dyn 3700 reference instrument. Correlation coefficients for lymphocyte
and granulocyte absolute counts were over 98%, while percentages were over 97%. Correlation coefficient for monocyte absolute count was over 90%, while percentage was over 80%.
Clinical evaluation summary:
The instrument provides excellent values of reproducibility on CBC and primary parameters, and very
low carryover for CBC parameters.
